1. Elevated Mood情感高涨

0: Absent无

1: Mildly or possibly increased on questioning询问时承认有轻度或可能的情感高涨

2: Definite subjective elevation: optimistic, self-confident, cheerful; appropriate to con-tent主观感到有肯定的情感高涨：乐观，自信，愉悦；与内容相称

3: Elevated, inappropriate to content; humorous情感高涨，与内容不相称；幽默

4: Euphoric, inappropriate laughter; singing欣快，不适当的发笑；唱歌

2. Increased Motor Activity-Energy活动-精力增加

0: Absent无

1: Subjectively increased主观上增加

2: Animated; gestures increased活跃；手势增加

3: Excessive energy; hyperactive at times; restless （can be calmed）精力过剩；有时活动过多；坐立不安（可以安静下来）

4: Motor excitement; continuous hyperactivity （cannot be calmed）运动性兴奋；持续活动过多（无法安静下来）

3. Sexual Interest性兴趣

0: Normal; not increased正常；未增加

1: Mildly or possibly increased轻度或可能增加

2: Definite subjective increase on questioning询问时承认主观上肯定有性兴趣增加

3: Spontaneous sexual content; elaborates on sexual matters; hypersexual by self-report自发谈及性内容；详细描述涉性事情；自述性欲增强

4: Overt sexual acts（toward subjects, staff, or interviewer）明显的性举动（指对患者、工作人员或检查者）

4. Sleep睡眠

0: Reports no decrease in sleep睡眠没有减少

1: Sleeping less than normal amount by up to one hour睡眠比平时减少≤1h

2: Sleeping less than normal by more than one hour睡眠比平时减少1h以上

3: Reports decreased need for sleep自述睡眠需要减少

4: Denies need for sleep否认需要睡眠

5. Irritability易激惹

0: Absent无

2: Subjectively increased主观上感到易激惹

4: Irritable at times during interview; recent episodes of anger or annoyance on ward会谈中时有易激惹；最近在病房里有愤怒或烦恼发作

2: Distractible; loses goal of thought; changes topics frequently; racing thoughts分散；失去思维的目标；经常改变话题；思维加速

3: Flight of ideas; tangentiality; difficult to follow; rhyming; echolalia思想奔逸；离题；难以跟上其思路；音联，模仿言语

4: Incoherent; communication impossible语无伦次；无法交流

8. Content思维内容

0: Normal正常

2: Poorly groomed; moderately dishevelled; overdressed修饰不佳；中度零乱；过分修饰

3: Dishevelled; partly clothed; garish make-up蓬乱；衣着不整；过分的化妆

4: Completely unkempt; decorated; bizarre garb极度邋遢；过分佩戴饰品；奇异的装束

11. Insight自知力

0: Present; admits illness; agrees with need for treatment存在；承认有病；同意需要治疗

1: Possibly ill承认可能有病

2: Admits behaviour change, but denies illness承认行为有所改变，但否认有病

3: Admits possible change in behaviour, but denies illness承认可能有行为改变，但否认有病

4: Denies any behaviour change否认有任何行为改变

2.按0~4评分，项目5，6，8，9四项加倍计分。
