摘要:

“旧城改造”的概念是相对于“新城建设”而言的。近现代城市发展中,特别是一个国家在“工业化”和“城市化”的过程中,城市人口规模短时期的急剧扩张导致了城市规模的膨胀,旧城改造与新城建设变得同样的紧急和迫切。

本课题选择以我国城市化进程中显现出来的城市趋同性问题为切入点,阐述了公共开放空间对于城市空间特征的重要性,并对旧城改造、公共开放空间和场所特质等相关概念进行了阐释。通过对国内外有关旧城改造与更新的理论与实践的分析和关于城市公共开放空间的基础研究,进一步分析旧城区公共开放空间存在的问题及其成因。引入场所理论,阐述场所理论的发展及相关概念延伸,阐明场所理论与旧城改造及公共开放空间的理论联系。结合旧城区公共开放空间的特点,分析公共开放空间的设计中场所特质塑造的构成影响。以场所特质塑造为中心,讨论适用于旧城改造中公共开放空间的分析和设计方法,并进一步阐述旧城改造中公共开放空间的构建策略。最后从城市更新和旧城改造的层面,以贵州省仁怀市葡萄井项目为例,详细阐述以场所特质塑造为核心的旧城改造建设中公共开放空间的分析和设计方法,并对前文提到的分析及设计方法进行引证与详细解析,以期为今后的旧城改造和公共开放空间建设在理论和方法上提供一点参考。

ABSTRACT:

“O d City Transformation”and“New Town Construction”frequent y appear in pairs.Due to themodern urban deve opment,especia ywhen a country steps into industria ization and urbanism,the urban popu ation size expands dramatica y in a short period and then eads to the expansion of city size.The strategy of o d city transformation and new town construction used as being equa y urgent in urban construction.

This thesis initia y points out the simi arity prob em of the cities in Chinese urbanization process as the starting point and then i ustrates the significance of pub ic open space for urban space and e aborates the re ated concepts of urban renewa ,pub ic open space and p aces traits.

According to the updated theories and practices in re ation to o d city transformation at home and abroad and those basic researches of urban pub ic open space,the thesis further ana yzes the exiting prob ems and causes of pub ic open space.By introducing the p ace theory,the thesis e aborates the deve opment of p ace theory and re ated areas and exp icates the re ations among p ace theory,o d city transformation and pub ic open space.Based on the characteristics of pub ic open space in the o d town area,the thesis ana yzes the shaping impact from the p ace factors in the design of pub ic open space p aces.According to princip es of the p ace traits shape,this thesis discusses the suitab e ana ysis and designmethods for pub ic open space design and further e aborates pub ic open space strategy in the transformation of the o d bui ding.From the transfor-mation of the O d Town,for instance,the grape we s,RenhuaiCity in GuiZhou Province transformation project is described in detai in order to propose the ana ysis and designmethods for the transformation of the o d pub ic open space with the core of p ace traits.The thesis testifies and articu ates ana ysis and design methods previous y mentioned so as to give some advice on the theoretica and methodo ogica reference of the future transformation of the o d bui ding and pub ic open space.

学位论文题目:基于城镇风貌特色下的小城镇历史街区改造研究——以贵州镇远县舞阳河沿河街区改造为例

摘要:

历史街区是历史上某一时期的产物,具有独特的建筑和人文风貌,蕴含着丰富的历史文化信息,代表着地方纹理的意涵,是城镇的宝贵财富。

由于城市化进程加快,广泛存在于城镇中的历史文化街区迫切需要加以保护和更新。但在当前复杂的社会经济背景下,却常因参与者对“历史街区保护与更新”认识的不同,而形成不少争议,并造成实物推动上的困难。历史街区的传统风貌保护现状令人担忧:“脱胎换骨”式的旧区改造、商业性开发破坏的文物建筑、假古董和静态孤立的保护措施等现象,使得众多的历史街区丧失了自身的传统历史和文化风貌,形成“千街一面”甚至“千城一面”的局面。

论文通过对贵州省镇远县舞阳河沿河历史街区的改造研究,结合建筑学与城市规划等相关学科的综合运用,总结出对历史街区的改造工作。只有依托当地的城镇风貌特色,充分研究其自然环境要素、人工环境要素及非物质环境要素的特征,才能真正了解历史街区的“历史”精髓,从而对历史街区保护与更新的范围才会有合理的界定,由此制订正确的改造方向和手段。历史街区不能脱离其所处的城镇环境而独立存在,其风貌特色的展现同时也更强化了所处城镇的风貌特色,二者相互关联。

论文以总结的理论知识、策略应用于历史街区改造的实践,同时也将实践作为理论总结的检验,经过这样一个循环往复的过程,尝试探索出普适性的、以城镇风貌特色为研究基础的历史街区改造的基础理论和具适应性的可持续发展策略。

ABSTRACT:

Historic District is a product of history in a certain period of time with unique architectures and humanistic andscapes.It contains a wea th of heritage resources and cu tura characters.It is the va uab e asset for a town.

As urbanism acce erates,those historic and cu -tura districtswhich broad y exist in towns need protecting and updating immediate y.However,under the current comp ex socio-economic circumstance,participants perceive the“historic district protection and redeve opment”in different ways and it has sparked a source of debate and causes rea difficu ties on promoting the po icy.Moreover,the status of the historic district protection ismuch worrying the pubic:“Fu y reconstructed”bui dings,“fake antiques”for commercia purposes at the price of vanda ism and static protection are apparent phenomenon in historic district protection.Those b ocks,however, ost their heritage va ues and character-defining e ements and became one of“thousands same streets”,even formed“thousands same cities”.

This thesis exp ores reasonab e directions and strategies for historic district reconstruction.By anayzing the reconstruction of the historic district in Zhenyuan in Guizhou Province a ong the Wuyang River,it summarizes its p anning and strategies in terms of the theories of architecture,urban p anning and re ated subjects.Based on which,this thesis conc udes that district-defining characters of the historic districts can on y be genera ized from the deep studies of their natura environmenta factors,artifi-cia environmenta factors and intangib e cu ture e ements on the basis of their unique andscapes.From the distinctive characters,the scope of“historic district protection and reconstruction”can be c arified and app ied to draw up rightmeasures for district reconstruction.The historic district cou d not exist independent y without the town’s environment.Its features and characteristics can a so strengthen the impression of town’s andscape.Both of them are interre ated.

The theoretica know edge summarized form the historic district po icy is app ied to the transformation practice,whi e the practice can a so exam the feasibi ity of these theories.After this iterative process,the thesismakes an attempt to find out the universa and basic reconstruction theory of historic district on its andscape features and the strategies for sustainab e historic district deve opment.

学位论文题目:城市水系保护与恢复的规划对策研究——以昆明城市水系规划为例

摘要:

一个城市的水系往往承载了这个城市的历史文化和人文精神,是城市存在和发展的基本条件,是城市人文特色和景观空间环境的载体,对于构建城市文化特色以及城市整体空间布局都有着重要的影响。在中国南方,城市水系与城市布局的结合更为紧密,形成了“山、水、城”相映成趣的布局特色。但是随着当代城市化进程的迅速发展,昔日面水而居的水岸繁荣景象渐渐被城市遗忘,取而代之的却是背向城市的冷清。面对如潮的新城建设,如何利用城市水系、发挥其在规划建设中的优势,已经成为城市规划与建设中所面临的迫切问题。

近年来,伴随着城市功能结构的转换和发展,城市规划设计中水系的景观化倾向体现得越来越明显,成为城市水系设计的重要方面。城市景观水系更侧重于水系景观方面的设计,其规划设计是一个综合、复杂的体现,要本着为整个城市甚至整个区域来规划水系的观念和原则,结合社会、经济、生态、文化等诸多方面来进行一个综合的系统规划。

论文分析了城市建设发展过程中的一些误区以及已经造成的问题,并综述了国内外在城市化过程中对水系与城市关系认识的变化,美、日、德等发达工业国家在水系规划与城市建设中的新理念、具体实施工程时采用的新技术,以及建成以后的管理、维护等方面的具体措施;阐述了国内发达城市在水系与城市规划建设中的先进做法,供今后在实践中借鉴;最后以昆明市水系保护和恢复规划为例,深入研究了城市水系布局、水面空间、河道空间的规划,以及跨流域生态补水、城市水系生态景观规划。论文对其他类似情况下的城市的水系恢复与保护,具有积极的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT:

Urban water system represents the city’s cu tura features and contributes to its andscape spatia environment.Ithas significant impacton the urban cu -ture construction and the integra urban space p anning.In southern part of China,the urban p anning attaches great importance to water system,due to the p ace’s unique ayout of“a city with mountains and water”.However,the system has been gradua y ignored.The rapid pace ofmodern urbanization forces the p anners to pursuit the fast speed of urban construction instead of its qua ity.Based on this,the water system is not effective y app ied to the city p anning and fai s to advance its advantages.Those have become the urgentprob ems thata p anners are facing in the process of innumerab e new city constructions.

In recent years,a ong with the transformation and deve opment of urban functiona structure,the tendency of andscapewater system in urban p anning has become increasing y obvious and it a so becomes an importantaspectofurban water system design.Its design consists of an integrative and comp ex process.Itmust be based on the concept and princip e for the who e city or even the who e area combined with socia ,economica ,eco ogica ,and cu -tura e ements a together.

This thesis ana yzes some misunderstanding and prob ems in the process of urban construction deve -opment.The changes of the re ationship between city and water system in the process of urbanization at home and abroad are being reviewed.The thesis a so introduces the new princip es and techno ogies utiized towater system design and urban construction in deve oped countries such as US,Japan and Germany aswe as themeasures ofmanagement and maintenance after imp ementation in these nations.Meanwhi e,it e aborates advanced measures in water system p anning,urban p anning and construction practices in domestic deve oped cities,which wi be reference for future practice.Fina y it takes Kunming water system restoration and protection p anning as an examp e,does an in-depth research on the urban water system ayout,river space p anning,and inter-basin eco ogica water rep enishment.It sure y has positive significance in urban water system eco ogica andscape p anning,water system restoration and protection for other citieswhich have simi ar conditions.

学位论文题目:昆明市二环路改造交通规划研究

摘要:

昆明作为云南省省会城市以及云南省唯一的特大城市,自20世纪90年代以来机动车迅猛增长,城市交通拥堵问题也日益严重,这给城市生活带来了极大的负面影响。解决交通拥堵的方案之一是构建高效率的城市快速路网系统。城市环路能成片连接交通路网、有效盘活区域内交通,将城市环路打造成快速路,是大多数城市构建快速路网系统的首选措施。

二环路对于昆明主城区来说具有适中的距离,能将各行政区域、经济区域有机联系起来,无论对区域交通还是中远距离交通都有较直接的环线疏导作用。新一轮的《昆明城市总体规划》也从城市发展和交通需求出发,将二环路定位为城市快速路。因此,为了缓解城市的交通拥堵,使城市能够可持续发展,将二环路改造为城市快速环路也成为昆明在交通建设中的必要措施。

由于二环路沿线均为城市建成区,二环与城市各片区、各条相交道路存在各种复杂的交通关系,二环路也承担了极大的交通量,其改造对城市而言具有“牵一发而动全身”的影响,但城市总规、控规等成果深度有限,难以直接指导二环改造的工程设计,需要在既有的城市规划和二环改造的工程设计之间,补充一个以交通设施规划为重点的中间层次的规划研究,论文即是从规划层面对将二环改造为城市快速环路的交通设施布置进行系统研究。

首先通过对二环路现状的调查,梳理二环路目前存在的主要问题,并借鉴参考国内外快速环路规划建设经验,结合城市规划,提出二环路的功能定位、交通设施总体布置方案和交通组织方案,以明确二环快速路与整个城市路网的衔接关系。结合昆明城市未来发展对交通量进行预测,通过交通预测得出的改造后道路服务水平对总体方案的合理性进行校核,最终提出二环快速路的建设标准、立交分布和形式、主、辅道的衔接方式、道路断面布置等一系列行之有效的交通设施规划,并将这些研究成果作为规划条件,指导二环路改造的工程设计和建设,确保二环的改造能够达到预期目标。本研究也为今后昆明的重大交通建设中,规划部门如何在补充中间层次的规划成果、使建设项目更加符合规划要求方面,以及规划管理部门如何更好地指导和审批项目方面作出了有益的尝试。

ABSTRACT:

Kunming is the capita city and the on y megacity in Yunnan province.Since the 1990s,urban traffic congestion there has become remarkab y a serious prob em which resu ts in considerab e inconvenience to the urban ife.One of the so utions comes to the estab ishmentofurban expressway network system which connects roads a together and revita izes the regiona traffic system.For most cities the expressway of ring road is given the top priority during urban expressway construction.

The second ring road in the downtown area of Kunming is an appropriate route that inks each administrative and economic region together.Consequent y,it can direct y a eviate regiona ormidd eong distance traffic congestion.The road is a so positioned as an urban expressway tomeet the requirement from urban deve opment and transportation construction in the new Kunming City Planning.Based on above advantages,the expressway of the second ring road is a necessity for transportation construction of Kunming.

As the second ring road is part of high y deve -oped urban area and remains its comp ex re ationship to a districts,it takes on a great dea of traffic burden.In other words,the reform of the second ring road wi have an overa inf uence on the traffic system of the city.The Kunming City Planning and Regulatory Control Planning are not direct y detai ed enough to guide the rebui t of the second ring road.Hence,the transport faci ity p anning is needed to serve as an intermediate comp ement for the exiting urban p anning and project p an.This thesis focuses on the systematica study of the transport faci ities ayout in the rebui t of the second ring road as an urban expressway.

This thesis first i ustrates the main existing prob ems of the second ring road by investigating the current situation of the road.It,then,puts forward the function orientation of the second ring road,the genera ayout for transport faci ities and traffic organizing programs based on the theories in urban p anning and the internationa experience in re ation to urban expressway.Those prob ems and ana ysis contribute to an exp icit definition of the re ationship between the second ring road and the entire road network.With the distinct definition and the future deve opment of Kunming city,traffic vo ume can be forecasted.Based on the prediction,the future service eve of the second ring road after reform can be obtained and a so regarded as an eva uation factor for the overa program.This thesis fina y proposes the construction standards,the distribution and form of overpasses,the jointmode between main road and auxi iary road,road cross section ayout and a series of effective transport faci ities p anning.The findings are used as p anning prerequisite to guide the engineering design and construction of the second ring road,so as tomake sure that the reform of the second ring road wi be ab e to achieve the expected target.

This thesis has made a good attempt for the p anning department in the futuremajor transportation construction.Itsupp ements an intermediate p anning so as to make the construction project better in accordance with p anning requirements.It a so faci itates the guidance and projects approva for the urban p anning administration.

摘要:

廉、公租房作为我国社会民生工程的基础组成部分,对于保障底层人民的基本生活需求有着不可估量的作用,因而在近年来越来越受到国家和省市各地的重视。根据我国“十二五”规划中对民生改善工程和中低收入人群基本生活保障的要求,国家和各省地市政府从供应体系制度、建设模式到设计标准等各方面纷纷出台了针对廉、公租房的发展政策和技术指标。然而从总体来说,大部分建筑设计人员对廉、公租房住户的实际居住需求把握不准,仍然沿袭传统住宅的设计理念,且针对此类套内面积较小的房屋的建筑单体形式、户内空间布局的设计经验缺乏,导致了诸多设计缺陷,造成了空间使用的浪费、户内使用功能的冗余或缺失等问题,降低了住户的居住舒适度,未发挥廉、公租房对民生保障和改善的良好推动作用。

论文针对以上的设计问题,首先阐述了我国廉、公租房的基本概念、政策的各发展阶段和建设现状;其次,详细分析了小面积公共住宅设计较为成熟的日本、新加坡和中国香港等地的设计理念和特点,总结其设计经验作为借鉴;然后从南宁市已建廉、公租房项目的实际调研着手,着重关注已建房屋和小区的现状,通过调研数据准确地把握现有该类型住宅在设计方面存在不足的方面,以及对住户所造成的生活不便之处;再进一步利用面对面的交谈,充分了解住户的实际居住需求;最后将理论、调研结果与广西南宁地区的地域文化相结合,对南宁市廉、公租房的建筑设计要点进行归纳总结,并以长廊式住宅为设计,尝试表达笔者的设计理念和手法,同时结合笔者所设计的一正一反的实践项目进一步表达笔者对于此类住宅的设计理念。

论文希望通过对廉、公租房住户的实地调研,真实地认识此类住房设计的重点和关注点,从人性化和精细化设计的角度为今后南宁市廉、公租房的设计提供建议,推进广西区和南宁市廉、公租房设计标准的完善工作。

ABSTRACT:

As pub ic ow-rent housing is a basic part of peop e’s ive ihood system and serves as an essentia guarantee of subsistence a owances for urban residents,the nationa government and re ated administrations have paid increasing attention on the ow-cost housing prob em.According to the requirements of ive ihood improvement projectand urban housing security for midd e and ow income residents in The Twelfth Five-Year Plan,the nationa government and oca administrations at a eve s have introduced the ow-cost housing po icy and the technica indicators in terms of the supp y system po icy,construction mode ,design standard and other aspects.However,as a who e,due to the ack of experience in sma dwe ing area design and indoor spatia ayout,most architecture designers know itt e about the rea need of the tenants and sti fo ow the traditiona residentia design.Therefore,the prob ems such as design defects,a waste use of space,redundancy or deficiency in use of the apartment have gradua y appeared which eads to the ow comfort eve and oses the function of faci itating the peop e’s ive ihood po icy.

In view of the above design prob ems,this thesis first introduces the basic features of pub ic ow-cost housing po icy and its status quo.Then,the thesis ana yzes the ideas and features of the simi ar housing design in Japan,Singapore and Hongkong in detai s and summarizes the design experiences of these countries.From the investigations and researches of Nanning pub ic renta housing,information about the shortcomings of these housing design and rea need of tenants in current estab ished renta residence is obtained through statistica ana ysis and interview.Fina y,based on above findings and re ated theories and specific region cu ture,this thesis summarized the key points of Nanning pub ic housing and introduces the oggia residentia design.The design idea and technique is specified by two practice of the author.

It is hoped to i ustrate key points and focuses of the indemnificatory housing design through surveys;and a so to offer some advice and promote the improvement of the pub ic housing design standards in-Nanning and Guangxi province.

摘要:

传统宫殿建筑是各个国家和地区非常重要而且特殊的建筑类型,是各国各地区民族文化、宗教思想、皇权政治以及经济发展水平等因素的物质集中体现,是社会意识形态的物化形态。东南亚是多民族地区,其本土原生文化丰富多彩,又进而受到印度文化、中国文化、伊斯兰文化以及西方文化的影响,更呈现出多种文化交融共生的文化格局。古代的东南亚由于经济与生产力水平较为落后,并没有创造出像北京故宫那样宏伟和像凡尔赛宫那样精美的宫殿建筑,但是作为历史的载体,东南亚的宫殿建筑将这种文化格局记载流传下来。在印、中文化的共同影响下,东南亚的宫殿既具有浓郁的宗教色彩,又带有东方的风水理念。16世纪后还充分吸收了欧洲古典主义的风格特征。东南亚传统宫殿建筑不仅凝聚了本土原生建筑艺术的精髓,同时也展示了地区宗教建筑艺术和欧洲古典主义的魅力,形成了别具一格的建筑文化特征,体现出高度包容的建筑文化精神。东南亚的宫殿建筑与其迷人的热带风光和神秘的宗教艺术一样,是这片土地留给世人的宝贵财富,同样具有迷人的魅力。

近年来,在“东盟热”的促进下,人们对东南亚的关注由原来单纯的旅游观光深化到社会、经济、文化、艺术等各个方面。东南亚各国的宫殿建筑代表了一定历史时期内该地区建筑技术与艺术的最高水平,它们既是东南亚各国人民智慧的结晶,又是东南亚地域文化的重要表现和社会历史发展的见证,它们正好为人们提供了一个集中展示各国社会、文化、艺术的平台。东南亚中南半岛各国现存的宫殿建筑,大多建于公元18—20世纪初,这段历史时期是东南亚的近现代史时期,也是东南亚地缘政治格局的成型期。笔者试图通过对东南亚宫殿建筑的研究,理清东南亚国家历史朝代的变迁和各国宫殿建筑的发展脉络,解读蕴藏在其中的历史、文化、宗教、风俗等语素符号,进而深入理解东南亚各国的主流文化艺术和建筑文化特质。同时,也以宫殿建筑研究为桥梁,进一步促进中国与东盟国家之间的建筑文化交流。

论文以东南亚中南半岛传统宫殿建筑为研究对象,从建筑选址、建筑形态、园林环境、装饰艺术等方面对宫殿建筑进行研究,主要研究内容包括:

第1章,交代研究的背景与意义,并对国内外研究现状作出客观全面的评价,阐述本文的主要研究内容及研究方法。

第2章,分析东南亚中南半岛传统宫殿建筑的各类影响因素(包括自然生态因素、人文环境因素及建筑文化因素等),充分了解宫殿建筑存在与发展的背景因素,为对纷繁复杂的建筑表象作出正确的判读和认知提供依据。

第3章,分国别对东南亚中南半岛国家的宫殿建筑形态作基础研究,通过对各国宫殿的规划选址、建筑布局、单体建筑及园林景观等各类建筑元素作系统的描述与研究,找寻出其文化艺术和技术的根源,进一步深入剖析建筑文化特质。

第4章,在分国别研究的基础上,对各国宫殿建筑的风格与特色作比较研究,通过系统的对比与分析,从整体到局部,探寻东南亚各国宫殿建筑风格里的文化脉络和历史渊源,揭示纷繁复杂的建筑表象下的共性与特质。

第5章,阐述了东南亚宫殿建筑文化在现代的传承与演变,总结了其在建筑文脉和地域性特征方面的借鉴意义和文化价值,并结合实际工程案例的实践与分析,体现本研究的实际应用价值和指导意义。

Southeast Asia is an area rich withmu tip e ethnic identities and various aborigina cu tures.These indigenous cu tures have coming ed with Indian,Chinese,Isamic,and Western cu tures,resu ting in a region where diverse cu tures have coexisted for centuries.When it comes to the native pa atia architecture,peop e think of the pa ace as epitomes of eastern and western cu tures.Un ike the Forbidden City and the Versai es,pa aces in Southeast Asia are not wonderfu enough due to the ack of deve opment during that time.

The pa aces in Southeast Asia have artfuy assimi ated the essence of estab ished aborigina architecture with the re igious and c assica architecture imported by European co onists.Over time this coaescence ofarchitectura sty esmatured into an identifiab e and unique architectura typo ogy.

Southeast Asia has ong been one of the most popu ar destinations for visitors from a over the wor d.In recentyears,increasing numbers of tourists have f ooded into the area,not on y for sightseeing but a so to exp ore the variety of distinctsocieties,economies,cu tures,and art.

The pa aces in Southeast Asia represent the highest architectura ,techno ogica ,and artistic achievements of the region.They are the productof oca wisdom and have both represented and witnessed the deve opment of the region.These pa aces are iconic wor dwide ambassadors of Southeast Asian society,cu ture,and art.

The current study on Southeast Asian pa atia architecture intends to understand its deve opment throughout the histories of these unique nations.Understanding the mainstream cu ture and architecture of the region is critica to deciphering the cu tura ,re igious,and conventiona symbo s used in pa ace design.It is hoped that this deepens understanding and promotes strong architectura exchange between China and the nations of Southeast Asia.

Chapter 1 is introduction of the background and significance of the study,review of re evant iterature,themethodo ogy and content of the study.

In chapter 2,different under ying e ements inc uding nature,humanity,architectura genes are discussed to understand the birth and evo ution of Southeast Asian pa atia architecture.

Chapter 3 dea s with the morpho ogy of Southeast Asian pa atia architecture,and the site choice,ayout, andscaping,etc,to exp ore the origins of the architectura art and techno ogy.

Chapter 4 is a comparative study of Southeast A-sian pa atia architecture in different countries.Their differences and simi arities revea the cu tura intersections and historica roots.

摘要:

亚里士多德曾说:“人们来到城市是为了生活,人们居住在城市是为了生活得更好。”于是,“城市让生活更美好(Better City,Better Life)”因中国2010年上海世界博览会而名扬四海。

但随着我国的城市化进程,大拆大建的发展思路以及现代技术与材料装饰下的城市建筑却让人走到哪里都感觉差不多,城市面貌正在走向“大一统”,越来越没有个性和特色。于是,我们不禁反思,城市所体现的风貌到底是顺其自然所形成的还是某种制度或标准之下的产物?对于审美范畴的城市风貌或者建筑风貌,我们有无办法进行事先的有效干预与指引(特别是在具有法定属性的控规阶段)?

基于如上背景,论文试图通过梳理建筑风貌形成的原因与机制,并结合当前的规划建设管控体系,选择城市重点地段,在控规层面探索建筑风貌控制指引的有效对策,以期对城市风貌管控提出一些新的思路。

全文共分为9章。

第1章:绪论。阐述了论文选题的背景和意义,并对国内外相关研究进行了综述,然后提出论文研究的内容、相关概念和研究方法,并制订了论文研究的工作框架。

第2章:主要围绕两方面进行梳理,一是围绕“城市风貌、城市特色和建筑风貌”等国内外相关研究,为后续奠定理论基础;二是针对城市风貌管控体系,明确现实操作模式与其不足之处,明确后续研究的针对性。

第3章:首先从大鹏半岛的资源条件独特性、宏观规划愿景以及法定图则控制要求等角度建立研究对象的认知基础;其次,从深圳的气候特征、文化特征、建筑风貌发展演变等角度梳理出深圳的建筑风貌发展方向;最后通过对大鹏半岛现状建筑特色的分析和挖掘,分析并归纳了大鹏半岛建筑风貌的整体性研判与定位。

第4章:首先在法定图则层面对滨海地区的控制要素体系进行相关研究,使控制要素具有了不同一般城市地区的特性;另外,针对大鹏半岛实际情况,从专业角度通过城市设计、建筑构造等理性分析,以及游客角度的感性认知,梳理出具有大鹏地域特征的相关要素。同时,充分考虑控制要素的实效性与未来可控弹性,在前述各类研究的“加法”中再做“减法”,甄别兼具“特色、实效、客观、弹性”四大原则的可控要素,解决了“控制什么”的问题,为下一步深入研究“如何控制”夯实了基础。

第5章:在前述控制要素一览表基础上,针对空间层面所提及的控制要素进行相关研究,并根据大鹏半岛以及规划管理部门的管控需求,对可控要素的各指标予以赋值,以确保控制的实效性。

第6章:主要围绕建筑要素的“可视外貌”,分别从形式要素、空间要素、建筑要素和指标体系四方面进行了全面研究和赋值。同时从管控的可操作性考虑,提出了“分级控制”的思路,并紧紧围绕“要素体现特色”的原则,对建筑控制要素进行了重新分类组合。

第7章:依托前述相关研究,首先选取不同特质的片区,通过具体的基地分析、上位规划解读及未来发展判断等,以范例的方式解析了“一张图+两张表”的控制模式,同时通过实践案例直观展现了本课题研究的应用效果。

第8章:前几章已通过理论研究及具体案例的示范,基本建立了一套针对控规层面建筑风貌管控体系的基本框架。为有效指导情况复杂的各种现实操作,本章提炼出核心观点及基本思路,并围绕研究主题提出了具有实操性的相关建议。

第9章:结语。对全文进行总结,以期对城市风貌管控有一定启发。

ABSTRACT:

Aristot e once said,“People come to the city for living and people live in the city for better life”.Due to Shanghai 2010 Wor d Expo,the idea of“Better City,Better Life”becomeswide y known.

With China’s urbanization,urban architectures ost their uniqueness on account of the strategy of enormous demo ition and reconstruction with modern techno ogies and materia s.The sty e of a city now is rather not natura y deve oped but created by some system or standards.Therefore,effective interference and guidance in advance(especia y at regu atory p an eve with statutory attribute)are needed for urban sty e or architectura sty e in terms of aesthetics eva uation.

Based on above background,this thesis ana yzes the causes and mechanism of architectura sty e formation,considers urban deve opment regu atory system,and se ectsmajor city sections so as to exp ore effective strategies for contro ing and guiding architectura sty es at regu atory p an eve .The thesis aims to propose some new ideas on urban sty e reguatory p an.

The thesis inc udes nine chapters.Chapter 1 is preface.It provides the background and significance of this research.Fo owing the introduction is a review of the existing iterature on the re evant internationa and domestic studies.It a so proposes the scope,concepts and study methodo ogy,and a framework of the research.

Chapter 2 ana yzes two aspects.The iterature review articu ates the urban sty es and architectura sty es from re evant internationa and domestic studies so as to ay theoretica foundation for the research.The other aspect is on the urban sty e regu atory system,which specifies the operationa mode and its shortcomings and proposes the targets of this research.

Chapter 3 first i ustrates the research target from the Dapeng Peninsu a’s unique resource conditions,macro p anning prospect and regu atory p an etc.Then it points out Shenzhen’s architectura sty e deve opment direction through its c imate and cu ture characteristics and architectura sty e deve opment history etc.It fina y conc udes Dapeng Peninsu a’s overa position of architectura sty e,from its current architectura characteristics.

Chapter 4 first investigates the contro ing factor system of the district beside sea from the regu atory p an eve .Hence the se ected contro ing factors have the features different from regu ar cities.Then based on Dapeng Peninsu a’s physica conditions,it teases out re evant factorswith Dapeng region characteristics,from rationa technica ana ysis on urban p anning and architectura construction,and tourists’perception ang e.Then the se ected factors are judged by four princip es—uniqueness,effectiveness,objectiveness and f exibi ity.After that,the prob em of“what to contro ”is so ved,and those factors ays a so id foundation for next further study on“how to contro ”.

Based on studies from previous chapters,chapter 7 se ects districts from different characteristics,does a specific and ana ysis,upper eve p an understanding and judgment on future deve opment.It exemp ifies the contro modewith one graph and two tab es and showcases this research work’s app ication effect from practica cases.

Previous chapters bui d a basic set of framework for the contro system at regu atory p an eve ,through theoretica study and specific examp es.In order to guide actua operation on comp ex situation,chapter 8 provides the core points of view and basic thoughts,and proposes re evant operationa recommendations about the research topic.

随着我国城市化、机动化进程的加快,城市交通问题日益严峻,特别是在城市中心地区,交通供需矛盾越来越突出。解决交通供需矛盾最好的方式就是优先发展公共交通。为了实现这一目标,更好地提高公共交通的服务水平和转换效率,必须做好各种交通方式的衔接换乘,这对重庆主城区来说也显得尤为迫切和必要。

论文首先对交通换乘枢纽进行系统分析,对交通换乘枢纽的定义、功能与作用、交通枢纽与城市关系的基本理论进行了论述,为后续枢纽规划奠定理论基础。

其次,对主城枢纽发展历史、现状及趋势进行分析。在回顾主城区枢纽的发展历史和发展现状的基础上,结合城市交通发展新时期和新要求,建立城市客运枢纽交通组织模式,并对枢纽发展的趋势进行分析。

再次,提出主城区交通换乘枢纽布局方案。在充分借鉴国内外其他城市规划经验的基础上,提出主城区交通换乘枢纽规划的原则与思路、规划步骤,并提出适合于主城的交通换乘枢纽布局方案。

最后,对交通换乘枢纽的用地规模进行分析,并对方案进行评价。根据分类标准,分别对综合门户枢纽、一般对外枢纽、城市交通主枢纽、城市交通次枢纽四个层次交通换乘枢纽的用地规模等进行预测,同时对各枢纽的功能要求提出设计指引,然后对布局方案从城市空间结构、交通网络、交通组织模式关系等方面进行评价。

ABSTRACT:

With the acce eration of China’s urbanization andmotorization,urban traffic congestion has become a remarkab y serious prob em especiay in downtown area.The imba ance in supp y and demand of transportation has become increasing y obvious.Pub ic transportation is the bestway to so ve the prob em by improving the service eve and transfer efficiency.An effective transfer between severa of transportations is essentia to the nine districts of Chongqing city.

The thesis systematica y ana yzes the transfer hub from its definition,function,and its ro e.Ita so reviews the basic theories of the re ationship between the transfer hub and the city so as to ay a theoretica foundation on the future transfer hubs design.

The thesis focuses on the deve opment history,current situation and tendency of transfer hubs in downtown area.Based on above reviews and new requirements of the urban pub ic transportation,the thesis provides the organization mode of pub ic traffic junction and imp ies the tendency of transfer hub deve opment.

The thesis summarizes the princip es and the thoughts of urban transfer hubs p anning in terms of the p entifu re evant experience from internationa and domestic studies and proposes a suitab e p an for the urban transfer hubs in downtown of Chongqing.

摘要:

我国早在90年代初期就进行了市场化的经济体制,至今已经历近20年的发展。而在市场经济体制下如何加强和提升我国城市规划管理体系已经成为影响市场经济下城市建设发展的紧迫问题。城市规划管理体系,主要是指按照法定的程序编制、批准的城市规划,按照中央和地方各级政府颁布的城市规则法律法规和具体制度,采用社会的、行政的、经济的、法制的、科学的城市规划管理方法,对各项城市建设用地、建设活动进行统筹安排、控制,通过这些手段,引导调节城市建设有秩序、有计划、有程序地发展,保证城市规划顺利实施。简单地讲,就是通过各种有效的手段,按照城市规划的既定安排,依法规划各项建设用地、各项建设活动,把城市规划落在具体实在的城市土地上,成为现实。

传统的关于城市建设的研究方向多注重单一的城市规划管理方向,很少涉及在市场经济体制的背景下,对城市规划管理体系进行系统化研究。论文主要在传统的城市规划管理体系研究的框架内,研究与分析了我国市场经济体制下城市规划管理体系的建设与构建问题。

论文首先从理论上对市场经济体制下的政府职能进行说明,同时对城市规划管理职能的作用、意义与内涵进行论述,最后给出城市规划管理的目标:①改进和提高城市规划管理的效能;②加强城市规划管理的政府职能;③保证城市的发展效率,实现城市规划的科学、合理。同时还对城市规划管理体系的构成与内涵进行了分析,提出了我国市场经济体制下的城市规划管理体系建构策略。

新中国成立以来(尤其是20世纪90年代后的若干年中),我国在城市规划管理中积累了很多经验,论文在对这些经验进行总结的同时,详细分析与讨论了城市规划管理体制建设、城市规划管理法规体系建设以及城市规划管理的运作机制建设等诸多问题。

课题的最后提出了我国在市场经济体制框架下的城市规划管理体系建设的初步构想,对构成我国城市规划管理体系的各个子系统(如城市规划管理组织系统、城市空间规划体系、城市规划法规体系和城市规划运作机制等)提出了具体、切实可行的建设要求。建设的基本主要包括城市规划编制机制的建构和城市规划实施管理的建构。希望本文的研究对于城市规划与城市建设等方面的研究具有一定的指导意义与借鉴意义。

旅馆建筑是公共服务性建筑。汽车旅馆起源于美国,目前在全世界都有汽车旅馆,但是无论是在欧洲或者日本,或者中国台湾,其具体形态都与其发源地美国有所不同。近年来,随着汽车工业在我国的发展,私有车辆逐年增多,在一些经济发达及热门旅游景点也出现了汽车旅馆。同样,由于我国的经济发展以及国民的消费水平有着自身的特点,汽车旅馆在国内的发展也将与其他国家不尽相同。因此,汽车旅馆在我国国内会出现什么样的发展方式,其建筑设计与其他旅馆有何不同,成为论文研究的出发点。

论文在分析国外汽车旅馆发展规律和国内目前出现的具有代表性的汽车旅馆现状基础上,结合我国旅馆业的发展规律,推测了国内汽车旅馆发展模式,归纳总结了汽车旅馆建筑设计特点,针对汽车旅馆在国内的发展前景提出笔者的观点。

摘要:

建筑作为一个特定的“符号”,是城市整体景观、形象、特征、传统文化的综合与浓缩。目前,快速城市化引起的“千城一面”的普遍性问题受到建筑学界的广泛关注。本研究从全面、系统、专项的角度出发,将零星的建筑立面改造、街区改造或雕塑建设、形象工程建设等,整合、提升为整个城市建筑风貌的系统塑造,形成从自发、零星地开展建筑风貌研究工作向自觉、系统化、可操作的方向发展。

论文以南宁市建筑风貌作为研究对象,首先从建筑生成的环境出发,对现状背景进行全景式扫描,整理归纳自然、文化、社会、经济等因素对南宁市建筑风貌的影响,分析风貌促成的原因。再从宏观(城市片区)、中观(城市街区)和微观(建筑类型)等多个层次评析建筑风貌现状,找出现状风貌存在的特点与问题。在此基础上,提出南宁市建筑风貌塑造目标与策略。其次从单体建筑的特征出发,运用统计学中的归纳法和后现代建筑解构理论,对南宁市特色建筑进行归纳、解构,对建筑特色要素与建筑风格等进行演绎研究,并运用城市设计理论、城市叙事空间理论、城市意象理论等,在综合考虑城市历史街区、城市空间结构、绿色开放空间、空间意向、规划功能分区、规划建筑高度控制和现状建筑风貌分区之后,提出完整构筑南宁市建筑风貌的空间结构,划分为8个建筑风貌区与23个建筑风貌亚区进行建筑风貌分区导控;研究还对住宅建筑、大型公共建筑、一般公共建筑、工业建筑以及园林建筑等五种类型建筑的建筑风格、建筑立面、建筑体量、建筑色彩等五个方面提出了相应的导控要求。最后提出拟定《南宁市建筑风貌规划控制导则》,对未来建筑风貌塑造作出具体的控制和指导措施,明确设计引导的方向,为南宁市政府管理部门提供规划管理依据。

本文通过对南宁市建筑风貌的深入研究,探索保护和延续历史建筑风貌、传承历史文脉、创新建筑风格、探求地域性现代建筑形式与特色方面的新思路与方法,促进对地方建筑风貌的发掘和研究,力求对其他城市建筑风貌的规划及发展起到一定的借鉴作用。

This paper takes Nanning as a research examp e.It starts with introducing generated environment of urban bui ding,then scanning the status and background,and then conc uding the inf uence of nature,cu ture,society and economy,as we as ana yzing the cause.Second y,the paper ana yzes the bui ding’s status in three eve s which aremacro(urban district),medium(urban streets)and micro- eve s (bui ding’s sty es).On the base of finding out their characteristics\prob ems,we cou d make strategies to bui d Nanning sty e.Third y,this paper proceeds from the features of sing e bui ding,using inductive method and postmodern architecture structure theory,then conc udes and structures Nanning’s purposebui t,do a deduce research to bui ding’s e ements and sty es,using urban design theory,urban narrative space theory,urban image theory and so on.In comprehensive consideration of history of the city b ocks,urban space structure,green open space,space intent and p anning functiona partition,p anning architecture height contro and current situation architecture’s sty e,it proposes that constructs the space structure of bui ding’s sty es integra y,guides and contro s by dividing the space in 8 bui ding’s sty es district and 23 secondary district.The paper a so proposes the requirements of sty es,e evation,mass and co or to the residentia housing, arge pubic bui ding,genera pub ic bui ding,industria architecture and garden architecture.Fina y,the paper protoco s“Architectural Landscape of Planning Control Guidelines of Nanning”to contro and guide the bui ding’s sty es,assure the design’s direction,offer the p an p anningmanagement according fi e to the administrative departments.

By the deep research of Nanning architecture’s sty e and features,the paper try to exp ore the new thoughts and ways about protecting historica bui dings p,inheriting historic content,creating new bui ding sty es,finding features and sty es of regiona modern bui ding.We hope itwi work for promoting the exp oration and research of regiona bui ding,and offers a p anning and deve opment references to other cities.

摘要:

传统聚落作为中华文化遗产的一部分,承载着特定时期、地域中居民的社会生活和由此衍生出的文化印记,其社会结构、空间构架与组织以及生活生产方式等方面历来就是专家学者关注和研究的领域。研究民族传统聚落之物质和非物质文化遗产的保护与发展,有助于承传和提升传统民族文化、丰富学科体系,同时为城市社会与乡村社会的和谐发展在文化交流上找到基点。

程阳八寨作为侗族主要聚居地,是侗族社会文化的集中展示区。论文以程阳八寨为研究对象,从发展的角度研究保护策略,以社会结构、空间组织、建筑形态、景观节点以及生态环境等专业视角为切入点,分为六个章节展开具体研究:

第1章即绪论,对论文的选题背景、研究目的、研究意义进行了简明的阐述,并对研究对象与范围进行了界定。同时,通过回溯国内外关于文化遗产与传统聚落的保护与发展理论与方法,以及侗族村落及建筑保护发展既往研究,提出文化旅游与保护发展共生的策略,并在此基础上,提出了论文的思路以及框架。

第2章至第5章是论文的主体,也是论文的研究重心。其中第2章首先从自然环境、历史发展沿革、社会经济发展状况等方面对程阳八寨作了全面深入的调查。同时,在现状调研的基础上,侧重于总结提炼出程阳八寨的历史文化特点,为下一步如何解决问题、保护遗产、传承历史文化的研究工作提供了支撑。第3章是保护规划,重在解决问题。先提出程阳八寨保护的原则、目标与定位;然后阐述保护的具体措施,包括保护框架规划、村寨生境维护和分级保护、建筑保护与更新、非物质遗产保护四个方面。第4章是旅游规划,重在实现发展目标。首先论证了保护与旅游发展的辩证关系,得到在保护的前提上审慎开发旅游的结论。而后,从旅游产业策划、旅游设施控制规划和实施策略三个发展元素切入,从文化旅游战略的角度提出具体的实现方案。最后第5章对以上规划的实践评价分析。

第6章为结论部分,总结论文的工作思路和探索创新的方法,提出论文研究的不足之处及后续研究需要注意的地方。

论文围绕程阳八寨保护与旅游发展,以“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”的思路严谨有序展开研究,将系统性的分析与论述落实于保护与发展规划之中,以期传统聚落文化遗产在当代生活中传承、发展、演绎。

ABSTRACT:

Traditiona sett ements as part of the Chinese cu tura heritage,carry the socia ife of residents of specific region in certain period and the cu tura features that derives from it.The socia structure,spatia structure and the ife sty e of traditiona sett ements have ong been the focus of the research fie d.Research on the protection and deve opment of traditiona sett ements and non-materia cu tura heritage contributes to inherit and promote traditiona ethnic cu ture,rich science system and find a basis point in cu tura exchanges for the harmonious deve opment of urban and rura society.

Cheng Yang Eight vi ages as the main sett ement of Dong Minority,is the one of the concentrated exhibit of Dong cu ture.This paper wi study the protection strategies for Cheng Yang Eight vi ages in the perspective of deve opment.The paperwi be di-vided into seven chapters to study,inc uding the socia structure,spatia structure,architectura form,andscape node and the eco ogica environment and so on.

Chapter 1 is introduction,which gives a brief description of the background,purpose,meaning of this paper,and defines the research object and scope.Through the review of theory and method in the fie d of protection and deve opment of cu tura heritage and traditiona sett ements at home and abroad,and the research status of Dong vi ages and bui dings,this paper advances strategies that ay equa stress on cu tura tourism and protection.On this basis of it,the train of thought,technica route and ogica framework are fina y put forward.

Chapter 2 to Chapter 5 is the main body,and a so the emphases of research of this paper.Chapter 2,first of a ,does a comprehensive detai ed investigation of ChengYang Eight vi ages in the natura environment,historica deve opment evo ution,the socia and economic deve opment,infrastructure conditions,prob ems faced and so on.Chapter 3 is the protection p anning,which focuses on so ving probems.It puts forward the princip es,objective,and orientation of the Protection P anning,then proposes the specific protection measures,inc uding the protection framework p anning,habitatmaintenance and c assified protection,bui ding conservation and renewa ,non-materia heritage protection.Chapter 4 is the tourism p anning that focuses on achieving deve -opment goa s.It demonstrates the dia ectica re ationship between protection and tourism deve opment,and draws a conc usion that we shou d deve op tourism on the premise of conservation.Then the concrete p ans are put forward from the ang e of cu -tura tourism,inc uding tourism industry p anning,tourism faci ities ayout and imp ementation strategies.Chapter 5 makes eva uation of the p anning above.

Chapter 6 is the conc usion part,which summarizes the working thoughts and exp ores innovative modes and methods,and fina y puts forward the deficiency and the p ace that requires attention in the subsequent study.

摘要:

进入21世纪以来,随着我国社会经济的腾飞,高速公路建设得到飞速发展,地处西南的重庆地区已建设了超过2 000千米的高速公路,由此,大量的高速路服务区在重庆应运而生。高速公路是地区经济发展的重要支撑,高速公路服务区是高速公路的重要组成部分,同时又是特别容易被忽略的一部分。在我国,对于高速公路服务区的相关研究还比较欠缺,而对像重庆地区这样具有独特山地地域特色地区的高速公路服务区的研究更是空白。因此,加强关于重庆地区高速公路服务区设计的研究已成为当务之急。

论文立足于笔者比较熟悉的重庆地区,旨在更准确、更直观地为建筑师设计高速公路服务区提供理论依据和参考,试图总结重庆地区高速公路服务区设计的具体策略以及建筑师可以直接参照的设计手法,希望能对高速公路服务区建设有所促进。笔者调研了国内外特别是重庆地区的高速公路服务区实例,查阅了大量有关高速公路服务区设计的相关文献,在了解现有高速公路服务区情况的基础上进行高速公路服务区的设计实践,然后再总结设计经验得出结论,按照“收集资料—发现问题—分析问题—解决问题—设计实践—得出结论”的技术路线进行研究。

首先通过查阅大量的资料和文献,了解国内外高速公路服务区的现状以及高速公路服务区设计研究现状。在此基础上,有针对性地对国内高速公路服务区特别是重庆地区高速公路服务区主要有崇遵高速、渝遂高速、杭瑞高速遵义至毕节段、成南高速遂宁至成都段沿线的高速公路服务区做了大量的调研工作,并根据目前重庆地区高速公路服务区设计运营的情况,发现了与高速公路服务区与高速公路以及司乘人员实际需求不相适应的问题。接着对重庆地区高速公路服务区在选址、规划、单体设计等方面作详细分析,得出解决策略,为设计实践做好理论准备。

然后在前一步理论准备的基础上进行设计实践,针对秀山服务区、奉节服务区、洪安停车区等实践工程在选址、规划、单体设计等方面作深入的剖析,再次总结出实践工程的优点与不足。

最后提炼出在理论研究和实践工程中得出的结论,为建筑师提供具体的设计参考的同时也为论文得出结论。

ABSTRACT:

In the 21st century,with the economy’s takeoff in our society,the highway construction deve oped rapid y,Chongqing region which ocated in southwest have bui t more than 2,000 km of highway,and therefore, ots ofmotorway service area came into being.The highway is an important support for regiona economic deve opment,highway service areas is an important part of the highway,but it is a so particuar y vu nerab e to being ignored part.Motorway service area in our country is sti very acking,and as a motorway service area with mountainous geographica characteristics of the region southwest region-specific research,especia y b ank Chongqing region.Therefore,strengthening the research on the design of Chongqing area highway service area has become imperative.

This paper is based on the Chongqing region,aimed atmore accurate,more intuitive designmotorway service area to provide a theoretica basis and reference for architects,an attempt to summarize the motorway service area of the Chongqing area design specific strategies and architects can direct reference design techniques,hoping to promote the construction of themotorway service area.The author investigates a arge number of domestic and foreign instance,especia y Chongqing highway service area instance,access to the re evant iterature on motorway service area designed to understand the basis of the existingmotorway service area,motorway service areas design practice,sum up experience in the design and then conc uded that,in accordance with “the co ection of information—discovery of probem—ana ysis—sett e of prob em—the design practice—conc uded the techno ogy roadmap”.

自20世纪80年代以来,随着国民经济持续快速发展和城市化进程的加快,大城市规模迅速膨胀,城市空间不断蔓延,人口密度剧增,带来了交通拥挤、住房短缺、就业困难、环境污染严重等一系列问题。于是,城市新区在一定程度上被视为城市功能的拓展、城市容量的延伸以及城市资源重构。城市新区大多经历了开发区启动和综合发展两个阶段,逐渐成为拓展城市空间和缓解城市问题的重要手段,也越来越成为地方政府和城市规划者关注的热点。在我国新城区开发建设过程中,相比于市场地方政府发挥了更大的作用力。并且,地方政府在城市新区开发建设中的角色和发挥的作用也随着中国政治经济体制的改革进程在不断发生变化。

论文介绍了城市新区发展理论、城市政府公共管理理论,以及国外城市新区开发中政府运作管理模式及经验,并以重庆南岸茶园新区作为实例,以理论研究与实际案例分析相结合的方式,分析茶园新区开发建设中的政府作用,对地方政府如何在新区建设中贯彻落实科学发展观,如何在促进经济发展的同时有效维护公共利益和构建社会主义和谐社会等问题进行再思考。

ABSTRACT:

Since1980’s,with the continuous and rapid deve opment of nationa economy,and with the acce eration of urbanization,big cities have been expanding swift y and popu ation density keeps growing,which resu t in a series of socia prob em such as traffic jam,scarcity of househo d housing,emp oyment difficu ty,and environmenta po ution.Consequent y in some extent new urban areas are deemed as expansion of urban function,extension of urban capacity,and reconstruction ofurban resources.New urban areasmost y experienced two periods,beginning period and comprehensive deve opment period.It gradua y becomes an importantmethod to expand urban area and a eviate urban prob ems.And it a so becomes a growing concern of oca government and city p anners.In the processofurban area deve opment, oca government p ays amore important ro e than themarket,and the ro e and function of which has been changing with the reform process of Chinese po itica and economic system.
