摘要：

随着社会的进步，人们对于弱势群体的关注程度正在逐渐提高。对弱势群体的关怀程度，是衡量一个国家与社会的政治、教育、文化、经济、科技、卫生保健、福利等水平的重要标志之一，是国家及其文明程度的窗口。过去由于生产力发展等因素的制约，对残疾人的关注往往只停留在个体献爱心或社会成员施舍与怜悯的层面，新中国成立后，残疾人的地位发生了根本性的变化，尤其是1990年国家颁布了《残疾人保障法》之后，全国各地均按照行政区域成立了残疾人组织，残疾人事业也从传统的福利救济性工作性质，拓展到全方位推进、全面参与共享、可以与国际接轨并能在国际上引起赞誉的全新型事业。

当前，我国为残疾人提供康复治疗的机构数量众多，但大部分的康复机构设施陈旧，设计中对于残疾人的关怀远远不够。随着整体医疗环境日益受到人们的重视，现代康复建筑应该紧紧地把握时代脉络，把日益成熟的现代医疗建筑理念与康复建筑环境结合起来，这是康复建筑与环境发展的共同要求，代表康复建筑的未来。

论文通过文献研究和调研相结合的科学研究方法，利用环境行为学的相关理论，首先根据实地调研结果，深入分析在康复建筑室内空间中使用者（包括残疾人及其陪护人员和医护工作者）的心理需求和生理特点，进而提出满足使用者心理需要和生理特点的康复空间的设计策略，研究如何创造以残疾人为中心的、高质量的康复建筑空间环境，同时探索在康复中心这个极大压力的环境中，创造一个满足医护人员的心理需求和生理特点的空间环境。(www.xing528.com)

ABSTRACT：

With socia progress，peop e’s concerns for the vu nerab e groups are gradua y increased．The degree of concern for the vu nerab e groups is one of the important symbo s to measure the eve of nationa and socia po itics，education，cu ture，economy，techno ogy，hygiene and we fare，and is the window of a nation and its degree of civi ization．In the past，due to the constraintsof productive force deve opment and other factors，the concerns for the disab ed just stayed at the eve of individua ove or communitarian charity andmercy．After the founding of the PRC， the status of the disab ed has undergone a fundamenta change，especia y in 1990，when“The Disab ed Protection Law”was issued．Then the disab ed organizations have been estab ished in accordance with the administrative regions a over the nation．The disab ed undertaking has expanded from the traditiona job nature ofwe fare and re ief to a -round promotion，fu participation and share and can be in ine with internationa standards and gain internationa praises．

At present，China’s rehabi itation institutions for the disab ed are in arge number，butmost faci ities are outdated，and the concerns in the design are far not enough．With the increasing focus on the overa hea th care environment，the modern rehabi itation bui ding shou d firm y grasp the chance of the times and combine the growing ymaturemodernmedica architectura concept and rehabi itation bui ding environment，which is a common requirement of rehabi itation bui ding and environmenta deve opment，and on beha f of its future．Through the scientific research methods of combing the iterature study and investigation，and making use of the re evant theories about environmenta -behavior theory，the thesis first ymakes deep ana ysis of the psycho ogica needs and physioogica characteristics of users in the interior space of rehabi itation bui ding according to the resu ts of fie d research，inc uding the disab ed and their accompanying personne and hea th care workers；Then，the thesis puts forward the design strategies of rehabi itation spacemeeting the users’psycho ogica needs and physio ogica characteristics，making research on how to create the disab ed-centric and high-qua ity rehabi -itation space environment．At the same time，it he ps to create the space environment thatmeets the psychoogica needs and physio ogica characteristics of the medica staffs in such extreme y stressfu environment of the rehabi itation center．
