摘要:
在现代建筑中,多层办公楼区域性气候控制技术取得了巨大的发展。从建筑学角度讲,这一设计趋势由于对气候问题考虑欠妥,因而直接造成了大量能源的消耗,同时也对自然生态系统产生了消极的影响。
通过参考不同区域性气候条件以及也门萨那和亚丁的个案研究,该项研究对多层办公楼设计方法有所发展。为了验证员工绩效与室内环境和人窗间距之间的关系,该研究在萨那6座不同办公楼发放调查问卷,并探讨不同气候环境下的被动式设计策略。最后,建构区域性气候条件下多层办公建筑的假想模型以验证建筑设计依据的可靠性。
该项研究正是通过不断改进设计方法,在设计初始阶段探索区域性气候的适应性,此举可以优化能源效率,同时减少对自然生态系统的消极影响。在对当前设计方法分析的基础上,对eQUEST和Designbui der能源项目进行对比分析,从而评估在不同区域性气候条件下建筑设计变量的作用。定量分析可以用来衡量替代方案在区域性气候中是否可以节约能源。与此同时,在特定气候下,早期的设计变更将对建筑能效产生重大影响。
论文在实例分析过程中提倡采用混合模式冷却系统(mixed-mode coo ing);在被动设计策略以及体系结构考虑因素的基础上,它不仅可以达到最佳满意度,还可以促进办公建筑节能。

ABSTRACT:
The evo ution of techno ogies to contro regiona c imate in mu ti-storey office bui dings have made great progress in modern construction.Architectura -y,this design trend causes a ack of c imatic concerns and direct y resu ts in arge consumption of energy and generates negative inf uences on the natura ecosystem.
This study deve ops the design of mu ti-storey office bui dings by referring to different regiona c imate conditions and the case studies of Sana’a and Aden in Yemen.To examine the re ation between emp oyee performance,and interior environment,and the space between men and window,questionnaires are given out in six differentoffice bui dings in Sana’a.Another investigation is conducted to exp ore the passive design strategies in different cimate conditions.Finay the architectura design bases are examined through a hypothetica mode construction of amu ti-storey office bui ding positioned within re-giona c imates.
This study is based on the proposition that a design methodo ogy can be deve oped to consider regiona c imate adaptabi ity during the initia design process,which can simu taneous y optimize energy efficiency and minimize negative inf uences on the natura ecosystem.Based on ana ysis of current design methodo ogy,the eQUEST and Design bui der energy program is used for the comparative ana ysis thateva uates the significantarchitectura design variab eswithin severa regiona c imates.The quantitative ana ysis measures whether the a ternatives are becomingmore or ess energy efficientwithin regiona c imate;bui ding energy use is considerab y inf uenced by ear y design variationswithin a specific c imate.
This thesis recommends the use ofmixed-mode coo ing system which can achieve the best satisfaction and energy conservation in office bui dings with the foundation of passive design strategies and system consideration.
