摘要

实施乡村振兴战略，主要目标是解决城乡发展不平衡，实现农村地区的全面发展。乡村旅游可以有效解决三农问题，是乡村振兴战略得以实现的重要路径选择。但是，学术界就乡村振兴战略带动乡村旅游发展作用机制尚未形成共识，战略执行与乡村旅游发展均受到制约。(www.xing528.com)

本文在研究乡村振兴战略带动乡村旅游发展作用机制中，通过分析已出台的乡村振兴发展规划和实地考察北京市慈母川村和安徽省黄山市坡山村，运用内容分析法和倍差法，证明战略的有效性并研究具体作用机制。研究表明乡村振兴战略为乡村旅游发展提供方向目标与发展基础，研究在理论和实践上对乡村振兴与乡村旅游的进一步发展起到推动作用。

Abstract

The main goal of implementing the rural revitalization strategy is to address the imbalance between urban and rural development and realize the all-round development of rural areas.Rural tourism can effectively solve the problems of agriculture，rural areas and farmers.However，the academia has not yet reached a consensus on the mechanism of the rural revitalization strategy driving the development of rural tourism，and both the implementation of the strategy and the development of rural tourism are restricted.

In this paper，the effectiveness of the strategy and the specifi c mechanism of the strategy are proved by analyzing the issued development plan of rural revitalization and the fi eld investigation of cimuchuan village in Beijing and Poshan village in Huangshan city，Anhui province，using content analysis method and multiple difference method.The research shows that the strategy of rural revitalization provides the direction，goal and development basis for the development of rural tourism，and the research promotes the further development of rural revitalization and rural tourism in theory and practice.
