教材二次开发：测量问题解决能力

问题解决类评价任务除测量学生的问题解决能力之外，还可以为我们判断学生的阅读理解能力、语言表述能力提供依据。从学生的表现中，我们还可以判断学生的情感态度、价值观、社会道德等，问题解决类评价任务的设计也因此应该作为教材二次开发的任务之一。

下面的Task 1用于《新思维大学英语读写教程3》Unit 6 Traveling单元目标测量。由于本单元主要介绍的是中国人旅游出行的不文明行为，下面的任务不仅可以用于测量单元目标达成，同时还可以测量学生的文明意识。

Task 1 The following pictures show some of the uncivilized behaviors of tourists.Can you give your suggestions concerning traveling?Your suggestions should concern the behaviors presented in the following three pictures.

图片的好处在于虚拟了一个情境，学生可以从某个角度阐述自己的观点。再如下面的问题解决，图片不仅提示了信息，更规定了场景，而任务也要求学生能从消费者、生产厂家、餐饮业等多方面提供解决问题的方法。

Task 2 Read the following picture and describe what you think we can do in face of food safety.You need to consider what we can do from the perspectives of customers,producers,catering business runners and so on(10 points).

Pay attention.You need to write at least 60 words.

如果问题情境不是采用图片的方式，而是文字描述，则可以评价学生理解问题情境的能力，比如下面的Task 3就是一个典型的例子。(www.xing528.com)

Task 3

Directions:In this section,you are given two situations.For each situation,you are to answer the questions or to write your comment or reflection in no less than 60 words.

1.Read the following piece of news and answer the questions attached to it.

In some universities in China，students can choose the kind of dormitories they like to live in.In one institute，there are five types of dormitories.The first class is villa（连排别墅），the second class is western-style building（小洋楼），the third class is newlybuilt dormitory building.To live in these dormitories，students have to pay different amount of charges，2，800 yuan（for boys）and 3，200 yuan（for girls）per year for the first-class villa，1，900 Yuan for the second-class building，800 to 1，200 yuan for the newly-built building.The worst building，that is the fifth class，is free for the poor students.

2)If you were in that university,and your family really has a lot of money,would you live in the villa?Why or why not?

Du Baoliang（杜 宝 良），a peasant who trades in vegetables in Beijing for a living，was fined 10，500 yuan for violating the same traffic rule for 105 times.Every morning，Du Baoliang had to get up at 2 o’clock to go to the wholesale market for vegetables to sell in the district vegetable market around Zhenwumiao（真武庙）.Every day，he had to go along Zhenwumiao Tou Tiao（真武庙头条），a one way street at around six when no policemen were on duty.But he violated the traffic rule and was photographed by the camera hanging above the street.In this way，he violated the same rules for 105 times.According to the traffic rules，when a man should be fined 12 points for violating the traffic rules，the traffic policeman should inform him.In this case，when Du Baoliang went along the road for the sixth time，the traffic police should have informed him and tried to prevent him from going that way again.
