智能楼宇管理系统中集成技术的应用

摘要：目前，持续发展的智能楼宇对信息系统（有线、无线网络、2G/3G/4G/5G 网络）、生命保障系统、安全防范系统等的需求不断涌现，一种相互关联且智能化的综合系统平台逐步发展起来，将建筑、设备、服务和经营四个主要系统各自优化、互相联系、全面综合并达到最佳组合，以获得高效率、高功能、高舒适与高安全的建筑物管理系统。本文运用OPC、Modbus、Web 数据库、BACnet 等集成接口技术，建立了一个分层次的智能楼宇管理系统的基础平台，将需求、应用与各子系统的设备及功能进行综合系统集成，提供人性化的管理手段。

Abstract：At present，requirements of information system，emergency life support system，security & protection system are emerging by the development of intelligent building.A correlate and intelligent information system platform has established to coordinate building，equipment，service and business with optimum condition to promote efficiency，functionality，comfortability and security of building management system.This paper proposed a basic platform of graduated intelligent building management system with IBMS with OPC，Modbus，Web database，BACnet technology and so on，which integrated requirements，applications，equipment and function of subsystem to provide a convient management method.
