大数据公共停车管理与服务信息系统

摘要：为了打造“智慧城市”，提高车辆管理效率，针对上海市现有停车问题，设计了一种基于大数据的公共数据停车管理和服务信息系统。整个平台由本地停车场、本地服务器、停车信息采集器、停车信息决策组成，使用统一的信息规范对停入停车场的所有车辆进行信息采集，通过手机APP 等多种信息渠道，获取各个停车场的信息情况，对车辆停车信息进行决策，减少因车辆泊率低带来的损失，并且支持第三方支付手段，使得车主可以随交随走，减少了人工费用，提高收费准确度等问题。整个系统目前已被应用在上海市部分停车场内，对上海市智慧城市的打造具有重要意义。

Abstract：In order to build a“smart city”and improve vehicle management，a public relations data parking management and service information system based on big data was designed.Whole platform by local parking lot，the local server，parking information collector，the information of decision making，use the unified information standard for all vehicles parked into the parking lot to information acquisition，the information channel，such as mobile phone APP for each parking lot information situation，the vehicle parking information to make decisions，to reduce losses due to vehicle parking rate，and support the third-party payment means，make the owner can increases with the increasing in go，reducing the labor cost，improve accuracy of fees and other issues.The whole system has been applied in some parking lots in Shanghai，which is of great significance to the construction of smart city in Shanghai.
