目前,湖区调蓄能力低下,与人类盲目围垦和区内港渠长年失修是分不开的。为此,建议将高程18m以下低湖田彻底退耕还湖,以扩大调蓄水面;对高程18m以上农田沟渠要全面清淤和疏通,实行排灌分家,以提高排涝效益。北湖西部,大咀以南,沿争光河下游两侧潜育型水稻土集中连片地带应开沟抬田、完善排涝设施,以利于降低农田地下水位,防止土壤潜育化扩展。总之,本区应大搞农田水利基本建设,使港渠涵闸各项设施配套,并加强水利工程管理及调度,以提高全湖区蓄洪排渍抗洪能力,防御三峡工程给本区生态环境带来的不利影响。

The Effect of Ecological Evironment Affected by the Three-Gorge Project in Wuhu Lake and Relevant Countermeasures Research
Abstract:Based on the result of on-the-spot investigation and coupled with an analysis of hydrological date,this paper dwells on the beneficial as well as adverse effects of the Three-Gorge Project on the environmental condition in Wuhu Lake area.The beneficial effects include flood control in the wet season and control irrigation and navigation during the period of spring drought.The adverse effect was the hindrance of drainage in this area in the dry season(from January to May),which would aggravate the problem of water-logging in the lake area.The countermeasures was the capacity of electrical drainage and reconverted the lowland crop fields(down to 18m under land surface elevation)into lake proper to improve the function of water
accommodation in the lake.
