得益于政策支持《通识教育评论·2017年春季号》

实现辅导员（书院常任导师）工作的专业化和职业化。要实现辅导员工作的职业化就是要实现学生工作的专业化。当书院的教职员工有了较强的学术背景和实力之后，和学院在教育平台上的对话才会更有效果。书院学术背景的实现不仅仅是辅导员所负责的学生工作进行专业化，而是包含有专业学术特色的书院学术背景的强化。书院的常任导师要针对自己的日常工作如奖贷困补勤、心理健康、就业创业、日常管理、党团班级建设等方面专业化，还要有一部分的学术教授要加入书院，在书院现有专业和发展特色的基础上，进行书院通识教育的研究和发展，提升书院的学术能力。

Abstract：With more and more domestic universities choosing college student affairs management model，contradiction in the cooperation between colleges and institutes is becoming more and more prominent，by analyzing the requirements of student affairs management in the view of SLI theory，combining with the actual situation of the construction of the college system of Xi'an Jiao Tong University，in order to improve the quality of undergraduate education，we must strengthen the cooperation between institute and college，and the most effective way is to strengthen communication and enhance the college's discourse power in the process of students'training under the general goal of improving the quality of learning.
