2014年2月12日，福建中亿进出口股份有限公司（以下简称中亿公司）与台湾NICOLE公司签订了进口1 200吨基础油（BASE OIL 150BS）的合同，合同号为ZY007A，允许溢短装5％，合同主要条款为：
1.单价为CFR南通USD990/吨，生产商为台湾中壳公司。
2.交货期为2014年2月18—28日，装货港为高雄，包装为散装，装船后2天内发出装船通知，卖方应在品质证书中声明可接受买方在货物到达目的港后6个月内对货物提出异议。
3.支付方式为即期信用证。
4.投保一切险。
