(1)单击Build > Part > Nonlinear Beam > New命令,弹出创建非线性梁对话框,如图9-12所示。在下列对话框中输入相应的数据:

· Coordinate Reference(参考坐标,依次输入如下硬点信息,硬点信息属性不能错乱,右击鼠标选择Pick选取):

[3]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt3;

[6]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt6;
[7]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt7;

[9]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt9;
· Shape(非线性梁形状,包括圆形和矩形两种):rectangular;
· Height:5;
· Width:10;
· Material Type:steel;(www.xing528.com)
· Type of Beam:flexible;
· Beam Formulation:linear。
(2)单击Apply按钮,完成._FSAE_sus_leafspring.nrl_1_beam1部件的创建。同理,创建beam2部件。
· General Part:beam2;
· Coordinate Reference(参考坐标,依次输入如下硬点信息,硬点信息属性不能错乱,右击鼠标选择Pick选取):
[1]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt3_down;
[2]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt4_down;
[3]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt5_down;

[5]._FSAE_sus_leafspring.ground.hpl_pt7_down;
· Shape(非线性梁形状,包括圆形和矩形两种):rectangular;
· Height:5;
· Width:40;
· Material Type:steel;
· Type of Beam:flexible;
· Beam Formulation:linear。
(3)单击OK按钮,完成._FSAE_sus_leafspring.nrl_1_beam2部件的创建。
