【内容提要】 艺术品市场在文化产业中发挥着重要作用，体现了艺术在现代社会的全面资本化及其不可逆性。艺术品行业的管理要结合学术创新与策略创新，注重对深度学习、专注投资、人格特质、资产管理等理论的实践。艺术品行业中，优质艺术家发挥着重要作用，社会应当通过语言创作、学术梳理、资本运作等方式培育艺术家，进而通过各项资产化运营原则适应行业发展需求，整合国际产业链资源，实现艺术品行业的国际化发展。

Abstract：The art market plays an important role in the cultural industries，which reflects the comprehensive capitalization and irreversibility of art in modern society.The management of the artwork market needs to combine academic innovation and strategic innovation，and pay attention to the practice of theories in such aspects as deep learning，focused investment，personality traits and asset management.In the artwork market，high-quality artists play an important role.The society should cultivate artists through creative language，academic sorting and capital operation，and then adapt to the development needs of the industry through various capital operation principles，and then integrate the resources of the international industrial chain，so as to realize the international development of the artwork market.

当前，国内具有规模的有效公共投资渠道只有股票市场和房地产市场，很多投资以各种形式流入了这两个市场，而艺术品市场作为一个巨大的资本市场存在。艺术品如果能形成产业优势，就能在提升人民群众文化艺术修养的大环境下，产生辅助的财富保值升值效应，同时形成财富配置的“另类资产池”，作为有限投资渠道和资产配置方式的有益补充，并响应国家号召，为建设美好社会，解决人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾做出贡献。
