人文社会科学网络学术资源评价方法

评价方法是对评价对象及其相关属性数据的处理方式。人文社会科学网络学术信息质量的评价方法总体上可分为定量评价方法、定性评价方法以及定性和定量相结合的综合评价方法三类。定量评价是根据人文社会科学网络学术信息资源的外在形式特征对其进行计量和评判，如人文社会科学网络学术信息的差别测量等，其优点是便于各种评价对象之间的客观比较，缺点是仅仅依靠评价对象的外在特征、对内容属性关注不足，不够精细和具体，较适合大批量信息的整体评价。定性评价是用户对人文社会科学网络学术信息的感知和满足评价，包含了科学和价值判断的一种精细化评价。定性和定量相结合的综合评价方法是指将用户的主观感知和定量评价指标相结合，二者相互补充、相互修正，以克服用户主观经验认知的偏差。
