摘要
网络出版是目前出版界研究的一个热点问题，它的出现具有非常重要的意义与价值。网络出版丰富了出版形式，降低了成本，增加了发行量，目前已成为出版社新的经济增长点。作为一种新技术、新观念和新生活方式，网络出版已经给传统出版的理念、运作模式以及格局带来了巨大的冲击，也正给传统出版的转型带来发展的机遇。
网络出版产业的核心是版权保护。网络出版的版权保护一直是困扰版权人、传播人及广大信息使用者的一个复杂问题，随时可能影响网络出版产业的健康持续发展。因此，研究网络出版的版权保护，建构完善的网络版权保护机制，维持版权人和使用者之间的利益平衡，进而促进人类科学文化发展繁荣，既是顺应科技进步的体现，也有利于满足经济发展需要。
本文从网络出版的相关概念入手，立足于前人的研究成果，结合国内网络出版的版权保护发展态势，运用传播学和经济学相关理论比较系统地探讨我国网络出版的版权保护问题及出现这些问题的原因，总结国外数字版权保护的经验，提出解决我国网络出版版权保护问题的策略，希望能为我国网络出版的版权保护走向规范化和更为成熟的发展轨道提供一定的学术支持。

Abstract
Nowadays,online publishing is a hot issue in the publishing industry,which has important significance and value.Online publishing enriches the form of publication,reduces costs,and increases circulation.It has become a new economic growth point of publishers.As a new technology,idea and lifestyle,online publishing has a signif icant impact on the concept,operational mode and the pattern of traditional publishing,but it also increasingly brings enormous challenge to the traditional publishing.
The core of online publishing industry is copyright protection.The copyright protection of online publishing has always been a complex problem to the copyright owners,disseminators and users which may affect the healthy and sustainable development of the online publishing industry at any time.Therefore,we need to study the copyright protection of online publishing,construct the completed online copyright protection mechanism,maintain the balance of interests between the copyright owners and users,thus contribute to the development and prosperity of human science and culture.It is not only the embodiment adapts to scientif ic and technological progress,but also conducive to meet the needs of economic development.
This article starts from the relevant concepts of online publishing.It is based on the previous research f indings,combined with the domestic developing trend of copyright protection of online publishing.It intends to use the related theory of communication and economy,systematically explore the copyright protection issues of our online publishing and the reasons for these problems,sum up the experience of digital copyright protection abroad,and propose solutions to the problem of copyright protection of our online publishing.Its aim is to provide some academic support to the standardized and more mature developing path of copyright protection of online publishing.
