摘要
人类社会迈入21世纪的知识经济时代,其基本特征表现为经济全球化、产业知识化、信息社会化。作为以信息知识的生产、分配、交换和使用为基础的新型智能经济形态,知识经济正在给中国的社会发展注入更大的活力和带来更好的际遇。同时,知识型企业即将演变成最具价值潜力的组织形式,成为未来经济趋势的新生力量。在这种背景下,知识经济时代的出版产业也更加具备产业属性,承担着更为重要的社会经济职能。作为独立的产业体系,我国出版产业一方面要顺应21世纪全球化知识经济的态势,走出国门,立足于国际出版市场,另一方面要在国内深化出版企业产权改革,加强自身实力建设。版权是知识经济时代的重要生产力,它所具有的财富属性、产品属性和高附加值属性正得到日益突显。作为一个国际型出版企业,要想在国际版权市场占有一席之地,就必须认真考量自身的版权管理体系建设,学习国际先进的版权运作经验,才能彻底改变我国在世界出版格局中的弱势地位,发挥版权贸易的重大作用。在出版企业深化转型过程中,只有充分重视版权管理的转型,才能深度挖掘版权所创造的潜在经济价值,树立出版企业品牌优势,逐步走上可持续发展的经营道路。
因此,本文以我国出版企业版权管理为对象进行了初步探索,以弥补在这方面的研究不足。全文共分为五章,第一章为导论,主要介绍本文的研究背景、研究思路和方法、创新点与不足以及相关的文献综述;第二章为理论综述,对本文涉及的核心概念及相互关系进行了界定,同时将企业知识产权管理理论设为本文的理论框架进行了论述;第三章通过SWOT分析法对我国出版企业版权管理的内外部环境进行剖析,通过样本分析法总结了我国出版企业版权管理组织部门的情况和版权管理运行的现状;第四章为全文重点,笔者引入企业知识产权管理理论的四个维度,构建我国出版企业未来版权管理机制的新模式。第五章为结论,对本论文的观点进行总结归纳。

Abstract
Human society enters the 21th century.The globalized economy,knowledgebased industry and socialized information indicate the knowledge economy age is approaching.The knowledge economy,namely the intelligent economy,is based on the production,distribution and use of knowledge and information.The new vital economic form is bringing more vitality and better opportunities for economic and social development in China.It also represents the economic development direction in the future.Under the macro environment,the publication industry will become independent in knowledge economy age and take more important social functions.The strategy requires the publication industry in China to go abroad.The publication enterprises have to restructure inevitably.Under such macro environment,the copyright as knowledge product is characteristic of wealth,product and high added-value more and more obviously.It contributes more significantly to social economy.Looking at the mature and normative international copyright market,the publication enterprises in China have to judge the construction of their copyright management systems and learn advanced international copyright operation experience.Thus we can change our weak position in the world publication pattern thoroughly and give full play to copyright trade.
Therefore,this paper explores copyright management of the publication enterprises in China.This paper has five chapters.The first chapter is introduction mainly on the research background,core concepts,research thoughts and methods as well as corresponding literature review.The second chapter is theoretical review on intellectual property management of enterprise,product lifecycle management,intellectual property protection theories and other theories.The third chapter generally describes the current situation of copyright management of publication enterprises in China with SWOT analytical method and summarizes the situation of copyright management organization departments of publication enterprises in China via sample analysis.The fourth chapter is the core of this paper,the writer introduces four dimensions based on intellectual property management theories of publication enterprises to construct the new model of operational security mechanism for publication enterprises to manage copyright in China in future.
