网络文学版权产业的案例分析与定性分析研究

摘要

本文以案例分析法和定性分析法相结合，对网络文学版权产业现状进行梳理分析，从传播学、经济学角度入手考量我国网络文学版权的价值。以传播学理论、无形资产评估理论为基础，分析版权价值评估的影响因素。针对衍生品的开发，文中采用长尾理论作为支撑，解释长尾理论在衍生品市场以及利基市场产生的效果。通过对版权资源的经济属性分析，得出版权资源在资产评估中相适应的版权价值评估方法。

因此，基于我国网络文学市场发展现状通过案例对衍生品市场的分析，有利于拓宽我国衍生品市场的开发路径，在关注网络文学优质版权的同时，也应注意对长尾市场的把握。同时希望国家加快邻接权相关的立法，增强版权保护的同时，完善版权交易市场。

Abstract

This paper analyzed the current situation of the network literature copyright industry by combining Case analysis and Qualitative analysis,And use the theories of communication and economics study the value of network literature copyright.To analyzing the factors of copyright value assessment based on the communication and intangible asset appraisal theory.For the exploitation of derivatives,this paper use the long tail to explain the effect about derivatives and niche products.By analyzing the economic characteristic of copyright resources,learning the appropriate way to evaluate the value of copyright resources.

So,basing on the development situation of network literature and using the Case analysis,It will broaden the way of derivatives market.When pay attention to the high quality copyright resources,don’t forget the long tail market.Hoping our country quicken the lawmaking about the neighboring rights,enhanced copyright protection,meanwhile perfecting the copyright trading market.
