Yesterday was my birthday.I spent a meaningful day volunteering in the Children's Hospital.
In the morning，I got up early and had a quick breakfast.Then I left home and took the No.3 bus to the children's hospital.When I got there，it was just 8∶30 a.m.I gave some presents to the sick children，sang songs and danced with them.Besides，I also told them some stories to cheer them up.All in all，I hoped to put my love to good use by playing with them.The result was that the children felt very happy，and they also made me happy.At about 15∶30 in the afternoon，I left the hospital and went home.Although I was a little bit tired in the end，I was really excited because it's meaningful for both me and the children in hospital.As we put it，“A person who helps others is the happiest.”I thought it was the most meaningful birthday that I had ever had.
