CSCP的价值与意义：学校协作努力的结果

CSCP是学校顾问、管理者、教师、学生服务人员协作努力的结果，它由获得认证的顾问与家长、学生、专业辅助人员及社区人员组成的伙伴关系组织实施，是校内外人员和力量共同努力的结果。CSCP已成为学校教育、职业、社会情感发展必不可少的一部分。对学生来说，CSCP增加了学生与学校顾问互动的机会，保证了向所有学生提供服务，促进了有序活动的发展。对家长来说，CSCP向家长提供了孩子成长的支持，增加了家长和教师之间的互动。对教师来说，CSCP形成了相互支持的工作关系。对管理者来说，CSCP通过专门的指导，提供了有结构的项目及评价指导项目效率的手段。对地方教育委员会来说，CSCP为学校系统中的综合指导项目提供了理论依据，也为指导资金的分配提供了基础。对商业与工业来说，CSCP增加了顾问、商业、工业与劳动界之间的合作机会，通过决策能力和职前技能的培训，提供了潜在的劳动力，提高了工人的熟练程度。^[51]CSCP认为，学生成功=学术发展+职业发展+个人/社会发展。^[52]CSCP的作用是：营造项目环境，建立有效的学校综合咨询项目，重视项目资源、项目开发工具、项目介入、项目评估、项目更新，建立有效的咨询项目实施机制和评估体系。
