【摘要】:CSCP是学校顾问、管理者、教师、学生服务人员协作努力的结果,它由获得认证的顾问与家长、学生、专业辅助人员及社区人员组成的伙伴关系组织实施,是校内外人员和力量共同努力的结果。CSCP已成为学校教育、职业、社会情感发展必不可少的一部分。对教师来说,CSCP形成了相互支持的工作关系。对管理者来说,CSCP通过专门的指导,提供了有结构的项目及评价指导项目效率的手段。

CSCP的价值与意义:学校协作努力的结果

CSCP是学校顾问、管理者、教师、学生服务人员协作努力的结果,它由获得认证的顾问与家长、学生、专业辅助人员及社区人员组成的伙伴关系组织实施,是校内外人员和力量共同努力的结果。CSCP已成为学校教育、职业、社会情感发展必不可少的一部分。对学生来说,CSCP增加了学生与学校顾问互动的机会,保证了向所有学生提供服务,促进了有序活动的发展。对家长来说,CSCP向家长提供了孩子成长的支持,增加了家长和教师之间的互动。对教师来说,CSCP形成了相互支持的工作关系。对管理者来说,CSCP通过专门的指导,提供了有结构的项目及评价指导项目效率的手段。对地方教育委员会来说,CSCP为学校系统中的综合指导项目提供了理论依据,也为指导资金的分配提供了基础。对商业与工业来说,CSCP增加了顾问、商业、工业与劳动界之间的合作机会,通过决策能力和职前技能的培训,提供了潜在的劳动力,提高了工人的熟练程度。[51]CSCP认为,学生成功=学术发展+职业发展+个人/社会发展。[52]CSCP的作用是:营造项目环境,建立有效的学校综合咨询项目,重视项目资源、项目开发工具、项目介入、项目评估、项目更新,建立有效的咨询项目实施机制和评估体系。
