论文校样审核及时出版的重要步骤

大多数期刊都要求作者对论文被接受后由期刊重新排版的校样进行审核改正。改正校样（proof checking）是通讯作者的责任。论文的通讯作者会收到期刊发来的校样和详细的改正指南。校样的改正应在指定的时间内完成（一般48小时内），并得到论文全体作者的认可，以保证论文的及时出版。

作者必须认真仔细地对照论文修订稿检查校样。特别是对附表、附图、附图图解、方程式、公式等，不仅要正确无误，而且应该清晰明了。对于校样的改动应该详细列表说明改动的位置（行数）、改动的方式、校样的现有文字、改动后新文字等（见表11-3）。

必须特别注意的是，校样改正不应该造成论文内容的重大变动，不应该包括数据的改动或添加，不应该改动题目和作者署名。凡是牵涉到上述内容的，都应与编辑及时联系，必要时须对论文进行重新修订。
