确定论文终稿：优化方法与步骤

尽管目前多数期刊都是采用电子投稿的方式，我们仍然建议论文作者在投稿前把编辑后的论文稿件全部打印出来进行仔细的最后检查。因为使用打印件，往往更容易发现文稿中的问题和错误。

论文终稿的最后确定除了应该认真对照期刊网站上专门为作者提供的写作指南上的对论文各部分内容和形式的要求及规定外，也可以参考期刊或出版社的审稿指南。［21，22］同行评议期刊或出版社对期刊编辑的论文稿的审阅以及同行评议的目的、内容和方式等都有明确的规定。了解这些审稿规定可以帮助科技论文的作者，进一步了解期刊对论文稿件的要求以及同行评议对文稿审核的主要着眼点，用以作为自己在撰写、修改、编辑论文文稿时的重要参考（见11.2节）。

论文终稿应该得到所有作者的认可。若论文第一作者是学生，在论文投稿之前，务必要提交导师做最终审阅和确认，尽管在论文撰写过程中可能已提交给导师做过多次修改。
