1)欢迎旅客登机时,乘务员应着装整齐、站姿端正、面带微笑、热情有礼、迎接问候,并同时引导客人入座,协助放好物品,之后根据乘客要求提供服务,如报纸杂志、热毛巾等。
此任务有两个重要的环节:①迎宾。以饱满的热情,迎接每位乘客的登机。迎宾礼仪是空乘直接服务于乘客的第一步,给乘客留下的心理感受将影响其对公司服务的评价,必须给予高度重视。②问候。“欢迎您登机”,送出第一声问候,代表机组成员对乘客的真诚与欢迎。

(1)乘客登机:登机时间一般在起飞前的20~30分钟;起飞前5分钟 (无托运行李的旅客)/起飞前10分钟 (有托运行李的旅客)不能到达登机口的旅客,将不能登机。听到登机广播后,在登机口会有服务人员检查登机牌,乘客持检查完的登机牌登机。
(2)寻找机上位置。登机牌上标明有机上座位的位置,如5D、11C,数字代表第几排,字母代表每排座位编号,飞机上的座位号标在放行李的舱壁(座位上方)。
(3)飞机上的座位是如何分布的?
一般情况下,中小型客机为每排4~6座,中间为通道;大型客机或宽体客机为双通道,每排7~9座(普通舱)。座位的编号或为阿拉伯数字,或为英文字母,但都是从第一排开始排至最后。每排座位从左至右编为A、B、C、D、E、F等。如果登机牌号为30A,所乘飞机型号为波音737,则您的座位是30排左边靠舷窗“A”的位置。
