Our experience with tea master Chen was a really astonishing one.We,a group of students and professors from Cologne,Germany,could not believe how deep his knowledge was on the different sorts of tea,on their history and their impact.We had a marvelous evening enjoying all different types of tea and learning so much about this important part of Chinese culture.Thank you very much,Chen!

Mr.Chen’s tea house has been an indispensable part of our annual China trip for over ten years.His very welcoming way of sharing his immense knowledge about green tea(and especially his beloved Zisun tea)with the students is unique.With his ceremony he opens our eyes,palates and hearts to Chinese culture.We are very grateful that w e found this treasure through the Tea Connaisseur’s daughter.
