德国科隆新闻学院师生们多批次地到上海长宁区的紫笋茶苑品茶，每次来，作者总是热情地以紫笋茶招待，并演示泡茶技艺，向他们讲述中国的六大名茶的故事，从而使他们对紫笋茶苑留下了深刻的印象。在此特摘录两份德国科隆新闻学院师生的评语。

Mr.Chen’s tea house has been an indispensable part of our annual China trip for over ten years.His very welcoming way of sharing his immense knowledge about green tea（and especially his beloved Zisun tea）with the students is unique.With his ceremony he opens our eyes，palates and hearts to Chinese culture.We are very grateful that w e found this treasure through the Tea Connaisseur’s daughter.
