由于信息化管理能够满足快速变化发展的需求,因而越来越多的国家和行业开始重视信息化建设。在食品安全监管方面,信息化管理首先能够节约成本,精简开支;其次,能够无人为失误地对食品进行全方位精准的监测,如果发现问题能够迅速地找到问题,找出问题产生的机制,而且能够将风险降到最低。因此食品安全全面信息化对于提升食品安全管理效率、降低食品安全事故发生概率具有十分重要的意义。
