摘 要:浸渍活性炭是军用吸收过滤器、防毒面具和民用防护滤器、工业面具、工业生产环境保护领域的重要核心吸附材料,其品种多、用途广、要求高,需精准控制生产制造工艺过程,准确把握产品品种,将传统制造与现代工程技术成果融合,实现智能制造,是业内人士共同诉求。从浸渍活性炭制造需求本质入手,探索由间歇式、半机械、半封闭传统模式向连续式、自动化、全封闭现代化模式转变;将制造过程分成若干不同性质模块组,所有模块单独系统配置,再将所有模块用PAT 进行过程采集分析和集中控制,组成一个完整的控制模块系统;选择跨行业交叉综合先进工程技术,对浸渍活性炭制造传统装备技术进行升级并与现代信息技术融合,智能化研究将为建立CPS 网络,实现人、设备与产品的实时连通、相互识别和高效交流,构建高度灵活的个性化和数字化的智能制造打下基础。

An investigation on intelligent manufacturing equipment of impregnated activated-carbon

Abstract:Impregnated activated-carbon is the key adsorbing material in military absorption-type filters,gas masks,civilian protective filters,industrial masks and other important areas such as environmental protection.Since impregnated activated-carbon has a variety of products,wide application areas and high manufacturing re⁃quirement,it is in urgent need of precise control of manufacturing process,clear product definition,and particu⁃larly merge of conventional and modern technologies for the intelligent manufacturing.From the intrinsic require⁃ments of impregnated activated-carbon manufacturing,in order to realize its intelligent manufacturing,several technological revolutions are indispensable:transferring from the conventional batch-type,semi-mechanized and semi-enclosed mode to a modern,continuous,automatic and totally enclosed mode;classifying different modules based on manufacturing process and configuring each module individually,then analyzing all the modules by PAT for central control,and therefore forming a complete control system;leveraging cross-industry technolo⁃gies for advanced engineering,upgrading conventional impregnated activated-carbon manufacturing equipment,and merging with modern information technology.The work on intelligent manufacturing equipment of impregnated activated-carbon will pave the way for CPS networks,real-time connection and communication among people,equipment and products,and digital and individualized intelligent manufacturing.
