摘 要:提出了一种应用于小型化机载平台的毫米波高分辨SAR 成像雷达频率综合器的技术方案,采用高速DDS+微波宽带低噪声倍频技术产生各种复杂波形信号,并采用预失真补偿技术对波形相位失真进行修正,采用低噪声乒乓式锁相环产生捷变频微波跳频频标,采用毫米波倍频、混频合成最终的毫米波频段宽带雷达信号,给出了频率综合器研制结果。最终设计的频率综合器具有大瞬时带宽、低相噪、捷变频、小型化、多功能等特点,能够产生SAR、GMTI 等工作模式所需要的各种复杂雷达波形信号,输出信号瞬时带宽可达1 GHz 以上。

Design of frequency synthesizer for airborne millimeterwave high resolution SAR imaging radar

Abstract:A technical scheme of millimeter-wave high-resolution SAR imaging radar frequency synthesiz⁃er for miniaturized airborne platform is proposed.High-speed DDS and microwave frequency doubling technology are used to generate complex waveform signals,and pre-distortion compensation is applied to waveform phase distortion.The low-noise ping-pong phase-locked loop technology is used to realize the frequency agility func⁃tion,and the frequency doubling and mixing techniques are used to generate the millimeter-wave radar waveform signal.The paper presents the frequency synthesizer development results.The frequency synthesizer has the char⁃acteristics of large signal bandwidth,low phase noise,frequency agility,miniaturization,multi-function,etc.It can generate various radar waveform signals such as SAR and GMTI,and the signal bandwidth is greater than 1 GHz.
