高效精准的重载齿轮滚齿加工技术

摘 要:综合传动装置生产制造一直是军用履带车辆的核心技术,是车辆技术水平的关键支撑,也是企业生产能力的直接体现。Ch××系列综合传动装置的变速部分为行星轮结构,节省空间,动力传递效率更高。齿轮类零件是CH××综合传动装置中重要的传动零件,轮齿表面磨削后,要求齿根圆角和渐开线过渡处允许向体内凹下0.2,齿根不允许磨削。其加工质量至关重要,它影响着传动装置的噪声、平稳性、冲击等。针对此零件加工难点提出滚齿加工方案:根据齿轮特点制定合理的工艺流程;设计带圆凸头专用磨前磨刀滚刀;选择合适的滚齿/磨齿夹具定位装夹方案,并设计夹具;设定最佳滚齿进刀次数及切削用量

Gearhobbing with high precision and high speed

Abstract:The manufacturing of integrated transmission device is the core technology of military tracked vehi⁃cle,it is the vehicle technology level key support,and it is also a direct reflection of the enterprise's production capacity.The CHXX series integrated transmission has planetary wheel structure,save a space,power transmis⁃sion is more efficient.Gear parts are important transmission parts in CHXX integrated transmission device,after grinding the gear surface,it is required that the rounded corners of the tooth root and the involuted transition are allowed to concave down 0.2,and grinding of tooth root is not allowed.The quality of its processing is very impor⁃tant,it affects the noise,stability and impact of the transmission.In view of this part processing difficulty the hobbing processing scheme is put forward;Develop reasonable process flow according to gear characteristics;Design special pre-grinding hob with convex head;Select the suitable hobbing/grinding fixture positioning and clamping scheme,and design the fixture;Set the optimal hobbing fees times and cutting parameters.
