自动检测技术优化回转体零件尺寸和形位公差

摘　要：针对某军工产品生产加工的多品种、多型号和多测量参数（包括内径、外径、螺纹、厚度、同轴度、圆跳动等）的特点，采用了先进的激光、电涡流测距技术和伺服电机控制技术，通过计算机处理大量的检测数据，检测回转体零件内、外部线性和形位公差尺寸。该技术能够使检测设备一机多用，大大缩短产品生产周期，减少检测设备和测量工具的投入。

Abstract：Aiming at the characteristics of multi-varieties，multi-models and multi-measurement param⁃eters（including inner diameter，outer diameter，thread，thickness，coaxiality，circular runout，etc.）in the pro⁃duction and processing of a military product，advanced laser technology，eddy current ranging technology and ser⁃vo motor control technology are used to detect the rotational parts’ measurement of internal and external linearity and shape tolerance dimensions by using computer to process a large number of test data.
