精确控制定心块加工技术的研究与应用

摘　要：针对某产品定心块在加工过程中存在工序烦琐，劳动强度较大，加工精度和生产效率较低等问题进行工艺性分析，通过开展定心块数控加工技术研究，制定解决方案，有效地提高了产品质量和生产效率，降低了生产成本。

Abstract：Aiming at the problems existing in the processing of a product＇s centering block，such as compli⁃cated process，high labor intensity，low processing accuracy and production efficiency，the technological analysis is carried out.Through the research of centering block NC processing technology，the solution is worked out，which effectively improves the product quality and production efficiency，and reduces the production cost.
