摘 要:主要针对封头结构发动机装药端面易出现质量问题的现象,研究了插管加压过程中喷淋速率与插管拔出速率对其尾部气孔的影响。研究结果表明,插管加压浇铸喷淋过程下料时间随药浆黏度的增长而延长,气动管夹阀开度在(20 ±5)%时,总计下料时间最短,平均喷淋速率最大;插管拔出耗时10 min 时,药浆容易流平,保证发动机内腔封头结构密实,降低尾部气孔率。

Abstract:The paper is mainly aimed at the effect that engine of head structure is prone to quality problems at the end.The effect of spray rate and intubation speed on the stomata are studied.The results show that the pouring time increases with the increasing of propellant viscosity,and the hose value opening degree is(20 ±5)%,the total pouring time is the shortest,and the average spraying rate is the largest.The intubation is pulled out for 10 minutes,the viscosity growth is slowest,the leveling of the slurry is well,and the head structure of the inner cavity is easily enriched,the probability of occurrence of pores at the end is reduced.
