摘 要：美国国防制造技术（Manufacturing Technology，ManTech）规划是美国国防部在20 世纪50年代后期建立、投资并不间断滚动实施的一项国防部规划。通过对美国ManTech 规划战略重点、子规划项目情况、研究院所发挥的作用及ManTech 实施的成功案例等进行介绍，为我国提升国防基础制造技术能力提供一定程度的经验参考。

Abstract：The US Defense Manufacturing Technology Program is a program established by the US Depart⁃ment of Defense in the late 1950s with uninterrupted investment.This paper introduces the strategic focus of Man⁃Tech，the sub-planning projects，the role played by the institutes and the successful cases of ManTech imple⁃mentation，which provides a certain degree of experience for improving the basic manufacturing technology of na⁃tional defense in China.
