筒形件整体旋压加工工艺优化研究

摘　要：通过对某产品筒形件整体旋压加工工艺的研究，改善了该产品的安全性和可靠性，简化了产品的加工工艺，提高了产品的精度和加工效率。通过对旋压毛坯和旋压参数的合理确定，以及工艺试验论证，确定了该加工工艺的可实施性。

Abstract：Through the processing research on technology of combustion chamber spinning，the safety and reliability of the product are improved，the processing process is simplified，and the accuracy and efficiency of the product are improved.Through the reasonable determination of spinning blank and spinning parameters，as well as the process test demonstration，the feasibility of the process is determined.
