摘 要:随着近年来军民技术对材料要求的与日俱增,为了可以更好地提高金属材料的表面性能,延长使用寿命,降低生产成本,分析总结了使用较普遍的金属表面加工技术,详细介绍了电脉冲在金属加工中的应用。从而提出了一种新型高效的金属材料先进加工技术,即电切削表面加工技术,以提高金属的表面性能,并初步讨论了电脉冲加速晶粒细化提高金属塑性的作用机制。

Abstract:With the increasing requirements of military and civilian technology on materials in recent years,such as,improving the surface performance of metal materials,extending the service life and reducing the produc⁃tion cost,analyzes and summarizes the common metal surface processing technologies are analyzed and summa⁃rized,and the application of electrical pulse in metal processing in detail is introduced.In order to obtain the better surface properties of metal,a new and efficient advanced machining technology of metal material,namely,electrical cutting surface machining technology is proposed.
