摘 要:结合电子束焊接优点并通过OM、SEM、XRD 和性能测试等手段研究了含Ce 的AZ80 稀土镁合金焊接接头显微组织与力学性能。研究结果表明,AZ80 稀土镁合金焊接接头母材区域和焊缝区域都存在Al-Ce 相,它们分别为针状Al11Ce3 相和点状Al3Ce 相,且焊缝区的稀土相在尺寸和数量上都小于母材,因此焊缝区的晶粒与母材相比得到显著细化;焊接接头拉伸试样均断裂在母材的位置且抗拉强度为184.6MPa、屈服强度为87.8MPa、断后伸长率为5.2%,与基体的拉伸性能相当,因此说明焊接接头焊缝的力学性能要优于母材;焊接接头的拉伸断口呈混合断裂特征。

Study on microstructure and properties of electron beam welded joints of rare earth magnesium alloy containing Ce-AZ80

Abstract:The microstructures and mechanical properties of the welded joint of AZ80 rare earth magnesium alloy containing Ce were studied by OM,SEM,XRD and performance test.The results show that there are Al-Ce phases in the base metal and weld zone of AZ80 RE-Mg alloy welded joints,which are needle-like Al11Ce3 phase and dot-like Al3Ce phase respectively,and the RE phases in the weld zone are smaller in size and quanti⁃ty than those in the base metal,so the grains in the weld zone are significantly refined compared with the base metal;the tensile specimens of welded joints are all fractured in the base metal position and the tensile strength is 184.6MPa.The yield strength is 87.8 MPa and the elongation after fracture is 5.2%,which is equivalent to the tensile properties of the matrix.Therefore,the mechanical properties of welded joints are better than those of base metal.The tensile fracture of welded joints is characterized by mixed fracture.
