摘 要:为提高某产品照明弹在高过载下的使用可靠性,对钢丝绳连接用的压接管进行优化设计,采用限位压接工艺,利用钢丝绳和压接管之间的摩擦作用将压接管与钢丝绳牢固结合,通过优化压合尺寸、工艺等方法,并经过试验验证了优化的压接管的固定参数。试验结果表明,该固定方式强度高、安全可靠,能够满足军用装备的作战要求,便于批量生产。

Abstract:The crimp connector which is used to connect the steel wires is an optimization design to promote the reliability under high overload of some illuminating projectile.The design includes locating crimp technology,which can securely joint the crimp connector with the steel wire by the function of friction between them,as well as the optimized crimp size and technology.The optimized fixed parameter of the crimp connector is test veri⁃fied.The test result indicates:the connector has high strength and is safe and reliable,which can satisfy the com⁃bat requirements of the military equipment and is convenient for mass production.
