摘 要:以微应力辅助支撑,悬臂双侧打表保证零件装夹无应力变形为核心,同时通过优化走刀轨迹和切削参数相组合的方法,解决传统装夹方法难以保证U 型壳体类零件的加工精度的难题,将加工精度由IT8 级提高到IT6 级。

Control method for machining deformation of U⁃shaped shell Parts

Abstract:With micro-stress support and cantilever double-side table setting to ensure stress-free de⁃formation of parts clamping as the core,and by optimizing the combination of tool trajectory and cutting parame⁃ters,the traditional clamping method can not guarantee the processing accuracy of U-shaped shell parts,and the processing accuracy is improved from IT8 to IT6.
