摘 要:提高墙体的抗爆及阻碍碎砖块飞溅的能力是一个急需解决的问题,喷涂聚脲进行防护有很好的应用前景,为了分析墙体严重破坏的过程及影响聚脲防护效果的因素,针对砖墙防护对象,基于Autodyn 对不同类型毁伤源作用下无防护和有防护砖墙的毁伤效应进行了仿真计算。分析了砖墙结构在冲击波、破片不同模式作用下的毁伤特性以及聚脲防护层的不同喷涂方式、喷涂厚度、附着力等因素对防护效果的影响规律。研究表明,冲击波毁伤源是使无防护墙体破坏并产生造成后续杀伤作用的碎砖块的主要原因。而聚脲对三种形式的毁伤源均有防护作用,体现在兜住碎砖块,阻碍碎砖块飞溅对墙后人员造成伤害。对有防护墙体,聚脲对三种形式的毁伤源均有防护作用,背爆面喷涂2 mm 的聚脲就能有符合需求的防护效果,并且随着厚度增加到4 mm 和附着力增加到6 MPa 时,防护效果略有增强。

Abstract:Improve wall antiknock and hinder the brick bat flying ability is an urgent need to solve problem,polyurea spraying adopted to improve the protection has very good application prospect,in order to analyze the process of wall damage and the factors that influence the polyurea protective effect against a brick wall protection object,based on Autodyn unprotected under the action of the different types of damage source and a protective brick wall,and the simulation of the damage effect.The damage characteristics of brick wall structure under dif⁃ferent modes of shock wave and fragmentation,and the influence of different spraying methods,spraying thickness and adhesion of polyurea protective layer on the protection effect are analyzed.The research shows that the shock wave damage source is the main reason for the destruction of the unguarded wall and the subsequent killing effect.And polyurea has protective effect on the three types of damage sources,which is reflected in holding broken brick blocks and preventing the splash of broken brick blocks from causing damage to the personnel behind the wall.For the protective wall,polyurea has protective effect on the damage sources of the three forms.2mm polyurea sprayed on the back surface can meet the needs of the protective effect,and with the increase of thickness to 4mm and adhesion to 6 MPa,the protective effect is slightly enhanced.
