摘 要:为了研究半预制破片刻槽参数对破片成型与飞散特性的影响,通过有限元软件LS-DYNA建立了数值仿真模型。以刻槽相对深度和刻槽角度为设计变量,通过数值计算与理论计算结果的对比,得到半预制破片刻槽参数对破片初速、破片质量损失率的影响规律,并通过试验进行验证。结果表明,刻槽相对深度越小,破片相对质量损失率越小,壳体破碎程度更大,则破片总个数越多,但能穿透靶板的有效破片数减小;相同刻槽深度情况下,当刻槽角度为60°时,破片损失的质量最大。随着刻槽深度的增加,破片初速呈增大的趋势;相同刻槽深度情况下,随着刻槽角度的增加,破片初速越大。

Abstract:For the purpose of study the effect of groove parameters on dispersion characteristics of pre-formed fragment,the numerical simulation model was established bynonlinear dynamics software LS-DYNA.Relative depth of groove and groove angle were set as design variables,the effect of groove parameters on fragment velocity and fragment mass loss were obtained by simulation and calculation results,and the test was carried out.The results show that,the relative mass loss rate of fragment is smaller when relative groove depth is smaller,and the broken lever is larger,which lead to more fragments,while the number of fragments which penetrated target is less.In the condition of same groove depth,the mass loss of fragment is largest when the groove angle is 60°.The velocity of fragments is increased along with the increasing of groove depth;In the condition of same groove depth,the fragments velocity is larger along with the increasing of groove angle.
