摘 要:以药型罩压垮理论为基础,考虑药型罩非稳态压垮过程,对药型罩的压垮角、射流和杵体的速度和质量等进行修正;以微元法建立Lagrange 坐标系下射流微元的空间运动方程,编制了相应的计算程序,同时进行了相应的数值模拟以及试验验证。结果表明,通过与数值模拟以及试验结果对比分析可知,所建立的理论模型能有效计算射流成型参数,为聚能装药设计提供参考。

Model of theoretical calculation method of shaped charge for unsteady collapse forming

Abstract:Based on the collapse rate of the liner made by P.J.Chou and Randers-Pehrson,in the condi⁃tion of non-steady collapse of the liner,the pressure angle of the liner,the velocity and the mass of the jet and the pestle are corrected.Establishing the space motion equation of jet micro element in Lagrange coordinate sys⁃tem by means of infinitesimal element method,compiling the corresponding program.Comparison with numerical simulation and experimental results shows that the established jet analysis method can effectively calculate the pa⁃rameters of jet forming,and provide a reference for the design of shaped charge.
