摘 要:某智能弹药药型罩采用了高价值钽钨合金材料,传统车削加工方式的材料利用率低,导致制造成本偏高。为了提高该药型罩的材料利用率,降低药型罩应用成本,开展了基于冷挤压技术的钽钨合金药型罩成型工艺研究,通过多道次挤压成型结合真空退火处理,提高了药型罩的材料利用率,主要线性尺寸及位置度均能满足产品要求,成品表面粗糙度以及晶粒组织细化方面相比传统车削工艺有了显著的改善效果。

Study on process of increasing material availability of Ta-W alloy liners

Abstract:Some intelligent ammunition use Ta-W alloy liner,conventional machining method lead to a lower material availability,so increasing the manufacture cost of liner.In order to improve the availability of Ta-W alloy liners and reduce the production costs,a research on forming process of Ta-W alloy liners is conduct.The precision forming liners by recrystallization anneal and cold extrusion several times during the forming process are obtain.It is useful for refining the recrystal grain size and surface roughness of the liner.The precision of arc dimension can meet the product requirements.
