异型孔锥罩聚能装药的结构优化

摘 要:采用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN-2D,对异型孔锥罩聚能装药进行射流成形的数值模拟,并详细分析了不同时刻的射流特征参数。进一步优化异型孔锥罩的结构参数,通过采用正交设计试验方法,数值仿真计算了16 种工况下的射流成形,并对射流头部速度及有效射流长度进行直观分析,发现罩锥角及壁厚是主要影响因子,并得到一组最优水平组合的药型罩结构方案为α=45°,δ=0.024D,b=0.06D,M=0.12D,L=1.5D,最终优化后的异型孔锥罩聚能装药在2 倍炸高处的射流头部速度为9 281 m/s,射流有效长度为185 mm。

Optimal structural design of shaped charge with non-typical conical liner

Abstract:The jet formation of shaped charge with non-typical conical liner is simulated based on the plat⁃form of AUTODYN-2D code,and the characteristics of jet at different moments were analyzed.The structure parameters of shaped charge with non-typical conical liner were optimized by orthogonal experimental design method.The jet formation performances at different 16 conditions were carried out,and the visual analysis of the jet tip velocity and the jet effective length were investigated,which can obviously influenced by the liner cone an⁃gle and wall thickness.For the optimized parameters of α=45°,δ=0.024D,b=0.06D,M=0.12D,and L=1.5D,the jet tip velocity can reach 9281 m/s and the jet effective length is 185 mm at standoff 2D.
