印刷包装产业绿色发展战略：迎接低碳经济时代

摘要：印刷包装产业转向绿色发展是大势所趋，在低碳经济约束条件下，实现绿色发展必须克服一系列结构性矛盾与绿色障碍；发展绿色印刷包装产业需要政产学研用协同创新，推进绿色印刷包装产业体系建设需要基于过程实践的系统性策略。

Abstract:The printing and packaging industry towards sustainable development is the trend to achieve green growth in the low-carbon economy constraints,must overcome a series of structural contradictions and green barriers;the development of green printing and packaging industry needs the collaborative innovation between political,industry,science and research,and the promotion of green printing and packaging industry system needs systematic strategy based on process practice．

中华印刷文明的诞生缔造了人类文明交流与传播的技术载体和发展纽带。当前，人类文明发展到了低碳经济绿色发展的崭新时代，中国印刷人紧跟世界绿色发展潮流，正在积极探索实现产业转型升级发展绿色印刷包装新兴产业之路。
