摘 要:自动弹库控制系统是舰炮武器系统的重要组成部分,其性能的可靠性对于舰炮武器正常运行至关重要。为了提高自动弹库控制系统的作业成功率,延长其使用寿命,同时降低维修难度和成本,引入PHM技术;针对某大口径舰炮的自动弹库控制系统整体状况,提出一种基于数据驱动的健康管理系统;建立基于改进小波神经网络的健康预测模型,对自动弹库控制系统的健康性能参数进行预测,依据预测结果判断系统所处的健康状态,通过实例验证其适用性。

Research on the health management of an automatic magazine control system to the naval gun(www.xing528.com)

Abstract:The automatic magazine control system is an important part of naval gun weapon system,and its reliability is very important for the working of naval gun.In order to improve the success rate of automatic control system,extend its service life and reduce the difficulty and cost of maintenance,PHM is introduced.Considering the overall condition of automatic magazine control system for a large-diameter naval gun,the new health management system is proposed based on a data-driven methods.The state prediction model based on improved wavelet neural network is established to evaluate and predict the health parameters of the automatic magazine con⁃trol system,and the applicability is verified by the examples.
