2013年,上海轨道交通日均客流量已达710万人次,占公共交通客运量的比重达到41.2%。轨道交通各环节的安全隐患不容忽视,轨道交通运营安全技术的应用迫在眉睫。

In 2013, the average daily traffic volume of Shanghai rail transit reached 7.1 million, accounting for 41.2% of the total public transportation. At the same time, security risks in each link of rail transit cannot be ignored and the application of safe rail transportation technologies is needed desperately.

电力保障技术

Power Security Technology

建立了电力关键设备状态的动态实时故障诊断可靠性评估和安全预警平台,实现了数据波动预警、故障录波、弓网在线监测、综合指令发布、关键设备运行状态监控、综合能源管理、数据集中处理等功能。

The dynamic real-time fault diagnosis, reliability evaluation and safety warning platform of critical power equipment’s states are established, which serve the functions of data fluctuation warning, fault recording, bow net online monitoring, comprehensive instructions releasing, the operation status monitoring of key equipment,integrated energy managing and centralized data processing, etc.

结构安全保障技术

Structural Security Technology

在国内率先开展了隧道极限承载能力试验,为隧道的维护管理及隧道管片的设计优化积累了大量重要数据;自主研发了隧道病害自动检测样车,检测速度从以往人工的0.5千米/小时提高到5千米/小时,数据处理速度提高了1 000倍以上,识别率可达90%,具有重量轻(总重70千克)、现场拼装效率高(15分钟内完成拆装)、设备造价低(仅为国外新产品的1/10)等特点。(www.xing528.com)

In China we took the lead in conducting the test of tunnel’s ultimate carrying capacity, which has accumulated many important data for tunnel maintenance management and segment design optimization. Besides,the automatic tunnel disease detection car was developed independently, with the detection speed increasing from the previous artificial 0.5 km/h to 5 km/h, and the data processing speed improving by more than 1 000 times,recognition rate reaching more than 90%. It is featured with light weight (total weight of 70 kg), high on-site assembly efficiency (completes mounting & dismounting in 15 minutes), and low cost (only takes 1/10 the price of foreign new products).

Operation Security Technology

基于声探测和无线射频技术的列车追踪预警系统研发成功并通过系列测试,已完成7号线和11号线共108辆列车的安装运行。

Metro tracking and pre-warning system based on acoustic detection and radio frequency technology was successfully developed and went through a series of tests. This system was installed and operated in 108 trains on line 7 and line 11.

相关成果已得到应用。电力保障平台在地铁8、9、11号线开展了应用测评,已成功发现并解决了多起突发性事件。
