随着核能发电技术的发展,其安全性得到大幅提升,可靠性得到普遍认可,同时全球能源需求的增长与环境问题的严峻,使清洁经济的核电越来越受到广泛的关注。HPR1000是中国具有自主知识产权的第三代先进核能发电技术,融合了我国三十多年的核电发展经验与国外第三代核电技术的先进设计理念,是成熟性与先进性的统一,综合了国内外核电运行事件的经验反馈与我国电力装备制造的综合实力,也是安全性与经济性的统一。巴基斯坦是我国重要的政治与贸易伙伴,也是我国“一带一路”战略的前沿,而HPR1000则是“一带一路”战略的重要载体,是中国制造走向世界的一张名片。首台HPR1000落户巴基斯坦卡拉奇,既为当地经济发展提供清洁电力,也为HPR1000进行工程示范,具有重大意义。
With the development of nuclear power for electrical generation, the safety has been improved a lot and it has been widely received. At the same time, the increasing global energy demands and the more serious environmental problems bring the clean and economical nuclear power to the front. HPR1000 is a kind of third-generation advanced nuclear power technology, which is developed independently by China. HPR1000 technology is both mature and advanced, as it includes over 30 years’ experiences of nuclear power development in China and advanced design ideas of the third-generation nuclear power technology abroad. Besides, HPR1000 technology is safe and economical, as a lot of nuclear power operation experiences worldwide and comprehensive strength of manufacturing electric power equipment in China are referred and integrated. Pakistan is China’s important political and trade partner, and is also the front countries in the “Belt and Road” Initiative. While HPR1000 plays an important role in the “Belt and Road” Initiative and will introduce the China manufacturing to the world. The first HPR1000 project located in Karachi, Pakistan, will not only provide clean electricity for the local economic growth but also be a demonstration project with great significance.
堆内构件技术
Technology for Reactor Vessel Internal
堆内构件是核电站核岛主设备之一,由多个组件组成。核电单机容量越大,堆芯燃料组件越多。与二代加相比,HPR1000在尺寸、结构上均有所改变,特别是某些关键零部件。针对HPR1000的技术难点,开发出一系列加工装置和方法,有效解决了产品制造过程中的各种问题,且均满足产品技术要求,保证了产品质量,缩短了生产周期。
Reactor vessel internal is one of main equipment for nuclear island of NPP, which consists of many components. The higher the capacity of nuclear power unit is, the more fuel the assemblies require. Compared with the second generation, HPR1000 has improved the design on size and structure etc., especially for some important components. Considering the technical difficulties of HPR1000, a series of manufacturing devices and methods have been developed to solve effectively various problems in the manufacturing process. As a result,not only the technical requirements are met totally, but also the quality is guaranteed and the production cycle is shortened.
汽轮机低压焊接转子技术
Low Pressure Welding Rotor of Steam Turbine
研究了焊接转子并成功运用于HPR1000机组,与整锻转子相比,体现了采购和交货更加容易、可靠,转子质量更容易控制的优点。突破了德国西门子公司的红套汽轮机低压转子技术的限制,打破了法国阿尔斯通公司的焊接汽轮机低压转子技术的垄断。

Heap component manufacturing site of Pakistan Karachi Hualong No. 1 project
Welded rotor is studied and applied in the HPR1000 turbine. Compared with monobloc rotor, the procurement and delivery are easier and more reliable, and the quality of rotor can be guaranteed easily. It breaks through the technical limitation of shrunk-on rotor from SIEMENS and breaks the technology monopoly of welding rotor from ALSTOM.

1 710 mm Last-stage Blade of Low Pressure Steam Turbine
汽轮机低压末级叶片是汽轮机关键部件,可以代表电力装备的开发、设计与制造水平。上海电气成功设计、制造1 710毫米末级叶片,并成功运用于巴基斯坦卡拉奇华龙一号项目,已完成1 905毫米末级叶片的开发与制造,是目前世界范围内最长最先进的末级叶片。
Last-stage blade is a key component of a steam turbine, which reflects the development, design and manufacturing level of the electric power equipment. Shanghai Electric has designed and manufactured the 1 710 mm last-stage blade. The blade has already successfully applied in the Karachi Hualong One(HPR1000)Project. Besides, Shanghai Electric has finished the development and manufacture of 1 905 mm last-stage blade which is currently the most advanced and longest last-stage blade of the world.

开发了SUPMAX2000汽轮机控制系统,成功运用于该项目,突破了国外品牌制约,对于此后汽轮发电机组产品的全球推广具有积极的促进作用。SUPMAX2000系统具有汽轮机启动操作简便,寿命损耗小,人为影响小,安全可靠等技术特点,深受用户欢迎。

Dynamic balance test bed of 1 710 mm last blade
SUPMAX2000 system is developed and has been used in Karachi HPR1000 project, which breaks through the restriction of the foreign brands. It plays a positive role in the popularization of later electricity generation products using steam turbines to the world. SUPMAX2000 has some advantages of easy turbine start-up operation, small life loss for turbine, less human impacts, safety and reliability and enjoys great popularity among customers.
燃料转运装置
Fuel Transfer Device
研发了燃料转运装置倾翻和运行驱动装置。卡拉奇核电站2号、3号机组与国内的福清二期核电项目5号、6号机组相同,均采用“华龙一号”技术,这是中国具有自主知识产权的第三代核电技术。“华龙一号”首次走出国门,正式落地巴基斯坦。目前,该项目现场还处于土建施工阶段,堆内构件、汽轮发电机组、燃料转运等设备也处于正在制造阶段,该项目的顺利建设以及将来的良好运行,对于HPR1000技术与工程的国际推广具有重要的示范作用。
Upender and drive device for fuel transfer are developed. The “HPR1000” technology used in the Karachi NPP 2 & 3 project in Pakistan is the same as the one in the domestic Fuqing NPP 5 & 6 project. It is the first time for the 3rd-generation nuclear technology which is developed by China to go abroad and it is located in Pakistan officially. At present, the site of the project is in civil construction; the equipment of reactor vessel internals, electric generator of steam turbine, fuel transfer device and so on are in manufacturing. The successful construction and operation of this project in the future will play a significant demonstration role in promoting HPR1000 technology and projects to all over the world.
