很长一段时间,为了确保城市的能耗需求,发电量曾经是经济考核最重要的指标,不管这来源是煤、天然气,还是水力、核电;上两个五年计划起对环境治理力度加大后要求更清洁地利用能源;进入本世纪以来,如上海这样的特大城市除了要稳定、清洁地获取和利用能源外,又提出了要大幅提升能源的利用效率。这十年来上海的能源科技创新围绕这三大领域齐头并进,交出了靓丽的榜单。
In order to ensure the city’s energy consumption needs, for a long time power generation capacity was once regarded as the most important indicators of economy, no matter the resources are coal, natural gas, water, or nuclear power. Since the last two Five-year Plans, environmental protection has been emphasized, which requires to consume energy in a more clean way. Since the beginning of this century, large cities like Shanghai not only demand stable, clean acquisition and consumption of energy, but also propose to enhance the efficiency of energy utilization significantly. In this decade, Shanghai’s energy technology innovations are developed around these three aspects together and have achieved good rankings.
在中国目前以煤为主的能源结构短期难以改变的现实下,具有热效率高、煤耗低、排放少等优点的超超临界燃煤机组仍是我们今天必须倚重的核心技术。历十多年的创新积累,上海在超超临界660 MW等级的燃煤发电机组运行上不断精益求精,成为支撑目前我们城市能源需求的主干。相关技术已向巴基斯坦等国输出。
With difficulty in changing the coal-fired dominant energy structure instantly, We must rely on ultrasupercritical coal-fired units with high thermal efficiency, low coal consumption and less emission. Through decades of innovation and accumulation, Shanghai has made steady progress in ultra-supercritical 660 MW level of coal-fired generating units operation, which has become the mainstream in supporting urban energy needs currently. The related technologies have been exported to Pakistan and other countries.
在清洁产能方面,继东海大桥10万千瓦海上风电场建设关键技术应用研究和大容量海上风机系统集成关键技术及海上风机基础施工和安装关键技术上接连获得突破外,上海又启动了深远海域海上风电重大示范项目研究。这既是立足当下,更是谋划长远的战略布局。(www.xing528.com)
In the field of clean production capacity, research on application of key technologies of 100 000 kW offshore wind farm construction in the Donghai Bridge, key technologies of large-capacity offshore fan system integration,and key technologies of wind turbine infrastructure construction and installation have made breakthroughs in succession. Besides, Shanghai has launched a major demonstration project of offshore wind power in far-reaching waters. This is both realistic and considering how to make a long term development.
集成了分布式能源、储能装置等,能在并网和孤岛两种模式下运行的智能微网,能够保证关键用户的不间断电力供应。围绕智能微网领域,上海已有一系列布局,相关技术解决方案已在智慧新城实验基地中应用,形成了可复制可推广的大型并网型微电网商业模式。
By integrating distributed energy and energy storage devices, smart micro-grid can run in two modes of the grid and island to ensure critical users’ steady power supply. Shanghai has made plans in the field of intelligent micro-network. Related technological solutions have been applied in the experimental base of intelligent new city,forming large integrated micro-grid business model that can be copied and promoted.
