（一）写作要领及行文结构
慰问信是写给遭受不幸或蒙受损失的人们的书信。它的使用范围较广，主要针对遭受各种天灾人祸的受害者，它也可以用来对辛苦奋战在各工作岗位上的人们表示慰问。它表达了写信人的同情、问候、友情和鼓励，以帮助收信人振作精神，乐观向上。
慰问信的行文结构如下。
（1）首先提及对方遭受的不幸、病痛或损失，然后表示同情和慰问。
（2）对收信人伤痛的心情进行疏导和抚慰。
