如何写一封出色的商务英语推荐信？

（一）内容及注意事项

推荐信是应求职者或招聘单位的要求，推荐人对被推荐者的才能、人品等方面的客观评价。推荐信应对双方（被推荐人和用人单位）负责，所以其内容要真实可靠。推荐信是较为正式的信件，其内容一般应包括正式信件的各个基本要素：信头、呼语、信件正文、署名。

推荐信的内容一般包括以下内容。

（1）写明推荐人与被推荐人的关系：推荐人是在什么环境下认识被推荐人、相识多久以及被推荐人希望申请的职位或专业。

（2）推荐的缘由：推荐人对被推荐人的资格评估，举例证实推荐人对于被推荐人的评估结果。

（3）被推荐人的个人特质评估，如沟通能力、领导能力、团队工作能力、个人成就等。

（4）推荐人对被推荐人做整体评估，评估被推荐人在个人或是专业方面的发展及被推荐人会为招聘单位做出的贡献等。

在推荐信的写作中，应注意以下几点。

（1）推荐信一定要写得具体，可以用具体的事例说明被推荐人的长处。

（2）即便被推荐人有许多优点，推荐信也应当集中在两三个方面。

（3）推荐人只需要提供证明资料，并不需要做出任何决定。

（二）常用词汇、句子

推荐信经常使用一些褒奖的形容词来描述被推荐人。以下是一些常用的描述品行和能力的词语：“capable，gifted，talented，outstanding，prominent，diligent，industrious，hardworking，humorous，good-humored，compromising，competent，innovative，ambitious，innovative，inventive，imaginative，firm，persistent，persevering，kind-hearted，generous，honest，helpful，cheerful，considerate，devoted，dedicated，committed，promising，trustworthy，loyal，reliable，confident，creative，enthusiastic，cooperative，efficient”等。
