● 七大进口商品指定口岸
进口药品、植物种苗、冰鲜水产品、食用水生动物、水果、肉类、生物制品等7大指定监管场地（口岸），是中国中西部地区海关监管区域（场所）及进境指定口岸种类最齐全、功能最完备的区域之一，而且从2019年1月1日起，这里已开始实行7×24小时通关，保障进出境航班、旅客和货物“随到随检、快速通关”。
● 中国（四川）—东盟自由贸易合作中心
是成都乃至四川扩大与东盟互利合作、加快构建向西向南全方位开放格局的重要平台，正吸引着东盟国家商贸、文化、教育、医疗、研发等优势资源“引进来”，促进西部企业投资“走出去”。

The FTZ has seven designated supervision sites（ports） for imported medicines, plant seeds and seedlings, chilled aquatic products, edible aquatic animals, fruit, meat and biologics respectively. It is one of the zones w ith the fullest range of functions and custom s supervision areas（sites） and designated ports of entry in central and western China regions. On January 1, 2019, the FTZ launched a 24 / 7 customs clearance policy to ensure “immediate and fast customs clearance upon arrival” of inbound and outbound f lights, passengers and goods.

The center is an im portant vehicle for Chengdu and Sichuan to expand mutually beneficial cooperation w ith ASEAN and step up the pace of shaping an all-round westward and southward opening-up picture. It is attracting and “bringing in” the advantageous resources of ASEAN countries in comm erce, cultu re, education, health care and R&D, while helping domestic companies in west China invest in “going global”.

集数字贸易展示馆、跨境电商线下体验中心、指定口岸缤纷市场等功能于一体，对于“货物流”“信息流”“资金流”的汇聚交互，跨境电商平台企业、供应链企业和金融、支付等服务资源的聚集，以及国际贸易“网上丝绸之路”的建设都具有强大的推动力。
● “一带一路”法律联盟和商事调解中心
西南首个“一带一路”法律联盟和商事调解中心，引进了上海国际航空仲裁院，以及大成等专项服务机构20余家，为企业提供全生命周期服务。

The center has a m ix of functions including a digital trade show room, a cross-border e-commerce（CBEC） offline experience center and a designated port marketplace. It is a big boost to the pooling and interaction of flow s of goods, information and capital, to the clustering of CBEC platforms, supply chain companies, f inancial and payment service providers and other services and resources, and to the construction of the Online Silk Road for international trade.

The f irst of its kind in southwest China, the center has pooled together more than 20 special service agencies, including Shanghai International Aviation Court of A rbitration（SIACA） and Dentons, to provide full lifecycle services to businesses.
