智能终端作为双流电子信息产业主攻领域之一，有良好的产业基础。中国PC产业的巨头浪潮集团，早早在双流布局，建立了西南总部、全球大数据研发中心以及自主创新的生产基地。之后，福昕鲲鹏的西南研发中心、四川科道芯国高集成物联网智能制造产业园等项目陆续落地。

成都市在《关于加快培育发展鲲鹏产业工作方案》中，提出将重点在双流区、高新区发展鲲鹏硬件制造产线，优先布局服务器、计算机终端或存储系统等整机制造。2020年6月22日，同方成都首台信创PC下线暨鲲鹏智造生态联盟成立仪式在双流感知物联网产业园举行，这标志着成都加快培育发展鲲鹏产业的系列部署举措在双流取得实质性成果。仪式当天，中国长城科技集团股份有限公司、北京云庐科技有限公司、东莞市旭田电子有限公司、东莞市光普实业发展有限公司、惠科股份有限公司、成都优客互联科技有限公司等企业作为生态联盟首批成员，与双流区签订了合作协议。

Intelligent term inal, a m ajor area of interest of Shuangliu’s ICT industry, has a good industrial foundation. Inspur, a giant in China’s PC industry, has located its Southwest China Headquarters, global big data R&D center and production base in Shuangliu. The district has also seen the landing of such projects as Fuxin Kunpeng’s Southwest China R&D Center and Keydom’s Highly Integrated IoT Intelligent Manufacturing Park.

Chengdu’s Work Plan on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of the Kunpeng Industry sets forth that the city w ill focus on developing Kunpeng hardware manufacturing lines in Shuangliu District and Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, w ith a priority on server, computer term inal, or storage system, among other segments of machine manufacturing. On June 22, 2020, The Off-the-Production-Line Ceremony of the First Xinchuang PC & The Inaugural Ceremony of Kunpeng Intelligent Manufacturing Ecosystem A lliance of Tongfang Co., Ltd.（THTF） was held at Shuangliu Sensing IoT Industrial Park. This marked a substantial result of Chengdu’s initiatives in accelerating the development of the Kunpeng industry. 2021年初，中兴终端有限公司在感知物联网园区企业幸福中心揭牌，中兴通讯“中国终端项目”正式入驻双流。

当前，双流智能终端领域已建成仁宝、纬创2家智能终端代工企业，创维平板电视等智能电视整机生产企业2家，北方激光研究院、千嘉科技、安可信等光电设备制造和激光应用企业18家，引进浪潮、同方终端设备研发制造项目2个。

In early 2021, ZTE Term inal Co., Ltd. was unveiled at the Enterprise Happiness Center, Sensing IoT Industrial Park, and ZTE’s Chinese Term inal project officially landed in Shuangliu.

At present, in Shuangliu’s intelligent term inal community, there are two smart term inal OEM s（Compal and W istron）, two manufacturers of smart TV sets including Skyworth f lat-panel TV, 18 optoelectronic device manufacturers and laser application providers（e.g. North Laser Research Institute, Qianjia Technology, and ACTION）, and two term inal device R&D and manufacture projects（Inspur and THTF）.
